Who ever dreamed a tail would be so handy? He is so cute. Little pest.
I think he is a candidate for the olypics also!! Boom & Gary of the Vermilon River, Canada.
Is that a little boy? He is quite the acrobat, huh? ha ha
And No Squirrel Stew her either! (:
HERE, not HER. Gosh!
He's so cute, and such an acrobat :-) Great shots!
He is so cute. Pretty clever too. Looks like he managed a nice snack.
the 3rd and 4th shot made me LOL. he is adorable even if he is a scamper rat and a theif of bird food
Wow, look at that orange tummy!
THAT is quite the tail. I need one of those;)
Oh, I just love squirrels! But not cooked!
He's so darling! I love coming over to your place, Theresa... :)
too cute...of course guess who has a nutty squirrel post waiting for this week..LOL....
How cute...he looks like an acrobat!
Well, if you run out of vittles and can't get to town... ;) Just kidding. He's a cute little feller.
He put on quite a show for you. ;)
Wow, strong tail and again, beautiful pictures:)Wishing you a nice day:)Greetings from,Berit.
They are really cute =)
I wish I was that agile :).
They are cute! Except when they are eating my corn!
My mom has a couple of white oaks just outside her front door. She's been feeding the herd of squirrels living in those trees for so long that they'll walk right up to you and beg for a peanut. Last time I was home I swear one of them pulled a knife and demanded my wallet. And Mom wonders why I carry a gun!
He's an expert at using all his body talents to be a little acrobat! They are so entertaining to watch. This is a fine series in that you got so many totally different poses of him doing his thing.
Cute pics and I love your nick name for this little critter!
They are the biggest pains in the posterior portion, and the funniest cutest critters around. I don't begrudge a single sunnie that they eat because they make me laugh, every day.
great pictures...i love the little guys as well!! yours have such orange bellies, i have only seen them colored like that on your blog!!! xo
YES they are! I especially love the pic of it hanging by it's toes! Cute!!
No squirrel stew in this house either!Around our house, we see mostly the gray ones. There are just a few of these reddish ones. Is there any difference in breed between these two types, or is it just a case of "redheaded" x "salt & pepper" ones? A big hug.
Dude is quite the acrobat!
his belly is so brightly coloured.
Great action shots.
He is a real cutie, I love to watch them figure out different ways to get the food out of the feeders. No talk of squirrel stew in this house!!!!
He must be a cousin to the three squirrels I have in FW. Aren't they fun to watch? I think ours have babies now from the looks of the close-ups. xo Jenny
I really LOVE squirrels, but we have none here. No nut trees. Yours is SOOO cute, and so athletic!B.
Very..............Cute. Absolutely nice behavior. Around my home place I see lots of Squirrels.
What the acrobat.. Great photos!
Hi Dianna, thank you for visiting my blog, and for taking the time to leave me such a sweet note. I have been looking around your blog, and have enjoyed your photos. The scamper rat is so adorable, we have them here and they are always so entertaining.Sue
I don't know, you had a hawk in your last post and a squirrel in this one--You may not be thinking of putting him in a stew but I wonder if the hawk would like to!! :-)))
Love the squirrels, especially when they sleep on a branch or railing in the sun:) And to answer your question, it is a door, you can not take pictures in the archives so it is the outside door.Tiffany
WOW! How can he hold on? Hes like a little monkey!
i agree ~ totally cute...especially when the have cheeks full of nuts! :)
They're something to watch when food is in their sight. Clever little guys and quite the contortionist...
Very nice picture, and thanks for visiting my blog. Have a very nice day. Greetings Nordis.
Even though ours hang upside down on all of our bird feeders and steal our tomatoes out of the garden, I still love watching them.
Stew would be good, but gravy is better.. Haha.. Wonder if he knows my squirrel that's always posing for me.. LoL..
They are adorable!
What a fun series!! I esp. love the one where he's hanging upside down. :0)
...and a can of mushroom soup...just sayin'... and keeping the Northern Wisconsin traditional meal "alive"...
I don't really have any new comments on these tree rats...I just have to look and laugh! Can't resist.
