A sit-down dinner

Black-bellied Whistling Ducks - they're wild but pretty used to humans.

I don't think I've ever seen a feathered creature like this. LOL

What beautiful ducks?...What kind are they? The variety of wildlife on "The Ranch" is amazing, lucky you!

These ducks are beautiful, and I like to see the green grass you have:) Still some time before we have green grass here.
Have a nice day:)

That's a fine title. The series is very good too. I like this close in shots that gives details and shows their rich color so well. Nice series.

Ha, ha. The duck is like some of the bears I get on my trail cameras laying down to eat.

they are so cute..almost don't look real...

They look so fake - too beautiful to be real. Are you sure they're not plastic, Theresa? ;)

p.s. maybe Nancy picked them up at the thrift store and has strategically placed them in your yard; maybe she's hiding in the bushes with her camera, waiting to take your picture as you photograph her thrift-store-plastic-ducks! Maybe it's too late and I'm exhausted and I ought to go to bed and stop saying stupid things on your blog! :D

Wish I could come for coffee tomorrow morning!!!

These birds fascinate me...they are beautiful with a little bit of ugly thrown in to my way of thinking. Yet I go back to thinking they are beautiful.

Whatever you're feeding the wildlife, I think the word is getting around. These beautiful ducks are loving it.
