I could bring the bunny and they could frolick together! Darling pictures - they're so cute eating.

Lovely Squirrel.

But where's the commentary?? How are we suppose to know what this little guy is saying? I can't read squirrel lips.

I like the second photo -- it's like "hark - do I hear a camera snap?" ;)

Why do your squirrles look cuter than mine...maybe necause they aren't eating all my sunflower seeds...I always enjoy my visits to the ranch!

What a busy fellow. ;)

Methinks your squirrels enjoy hamming it up for your camera. Great shots!

I love squirrels. I wish I had their energy.

See that squirrel up in the tree,
Her mate there on the ground....
Hear their barking call of love
For the happiness they've found.

Is my love still my love?
Oh this I gotta' know;
Send a message on the wind
Because I love her so....

That second photo is sweet. It's like he's asking nicely for something.

I have a love/hate thing going on with these critters. to sum it up though - I think they're adorable. I'm amazed at how green it is there. beautiful.

Sinbad would love to get one of those squirrels. For some reason he gets more animated when a squirrel comes around than he does with birds. Maybe because of the bushy tail he thinks they are the same as he.

Oh but they are so cute!

Aww! The rodents! Love the antics of these guys! Great shots BTW!

That squirrel has a lot more orange on the belly than the ones that hang around our house. It's making me wonder how many types of squirrels there are in the world. He's a cute little bugger.

Here's the answer according to Wiki: 50 genera and nearly 280 species. That's a lot of squirrel!

Adorable! I love those little hands in the last one. :)

my squirrels are really acting up as well. great shots and i agree, your squirrels are a lot cuter then mine!!!!

Our squirrels are not nearly as destructive as the raccoons or as voracious as the hordes of Red-winged Blackbirds. I just wish they could fly up north with the black birds and give us some peace!
Your pictures are great. I like the third one of the little rodent running, tail outstretched and feet in the air.
Love your blog!

I think your squirrels are more friendly than mine! They don't pose for me.

Very cute!

You are so clever! Tree rodents they are! We have grey squirrel rodents that love to try and eat all the birdseed. I love them, and the birds, so I guess we all learn to cope in our own part of the world. I adore you blog.

I can't get over how green everything is there...though it will probably be like that here by the end of next week.

Yeah, are those the same mongrels who chase my birds from their rightful territory--the bird feeders? UGH...I think they are cute but they ARE NOT cute on my bird feeder; no matter how hard they stretch :)

Farmchick said...

I like that action shot!

Dar said...

Oh those rascally wittle rats...looks like you have plump seed thieves in your midst. They appear to be of the Fox Squirrel family known for being from the south to the east...are they about the same size as our Gray Squirrels, I don't mind the grays, but the reds are horrible thieves.

I had a nice chuckle, for me, these cute little guys came up as the Unidentified Hawk! Ah well, the colours are right at least.

Well-I've never seen so many grey squirrels-my girls-when they were younger- used to tell my mom they had a lot of heart attacks and fell out of the trees.....?! Guess who told them that....wasn't me...and only one other person living here!!

Dani said...

Cute shots. :)

These are hard boogers to capture. I tried the other day and realize I HAVE to put it on the sport setting. :)

So cute! I love squirrels.

What is one to do with the tree rodents! Yours are vibrant red, what great colors.

Mine are Grey. I am about fit to be tied with them getting in my flat bird feeder. My husband made a cover, so I cover it in the evenings. I may have to do some re location procedures!
