I love dogs, as I have mentioned previously. I see you got some shots of her outside doin' dog's work, and then a shot inside doin' what a dog does best.

She's so precious. Adopted dogs... there's just something so very special about them, isn't there? I keep a blanket on our family room sofa too.... Rowdy has his favorite spot at one end where he puts his head up on a pillow to nap. Hope Thelma had a nice nap. :-)

Morning! I'm not a dog person generally speaking--but looks like I'd like Thelma--love the name!! But especially love the rescue stories!--they Make life worthwhile!! Wonderful thing to rescue! My husband just shakes his head and welcomes them also--especially when I brought home 2 sheep rescued in the back of my pickup!! Well what can you do!!?!!

Oh first I love the names and I cannot believe people drop animals off but I have seen that first hand. I still can't believe they do it. She was so lucky someone found her.
They are so cute. b

Don't you wish you could just adopt all strays...I just hate seeing them. I bet they never dreamed they would be living the life of Riley before you found them.

With us, it is usually cats that find us...and we have had a couple dogs.

I think she's my favorite..there's just something about that girl :)

Such a pretty girl, I can't understand why someone would ever do that. I keep running into people who have taken in abandoned animals. It breaks my heart. She looks like she enjoys her home with you though. I love the polka-dots on her ear.

Oh she is pretty, and your dogs seems to have a great life at the farm:)
Have a nice week:)

Beautiful dog!! I, too, love her polka dot ears! All abandoned dogs should be so lucky to find such a wonderful home! Marvelous captures!

Aww, nice doggie. You can tell Thelma that our doggies are up in Minnesota at a doggie show. We will see them in 3.5 weeks.

She's a beauty! I love your dog recent dog photos. I am now having a problem with Google and I am feeling like you were the other day. I switched over to Internet Explorer and now running smoothly. Hope your connection is better.

Ahhh, what a life. It's perfect. That varmint-hunting is just exhausting, isn't it.

After all that standing in the water, looking around and posing for mamma, what else could she do but fall "dead tired" on the couch? Right?

I just love her "freckles" all over!!!!

Have a great Sunday, my dear friend!

I would say someone on the sofa looks veryyyy comfy LOL..

We have that same plant growing in our pond, the goats LOVE it. They will even wade into the water to eat it. No really I am not kidding. Usually goats will go to any length to not get wet but we have seen some of ours up to their heads in the pond eating this stuff! I have tried to get a photo of them for my blog as no one would believe me that owned goats unless I have the photo LOL.. But they see me and poof they are like dogs they all start coming to me LOL

Love the speckeled ears and tummy, she looks like a good cuddler too. Id love to have dogs again, grew up with them but not in the city, I not a morning person to have to get up and walk a dog is not happening. Hopefully Ill get to move to a more country area someday and then will get dogs who can take themselves out to pee.

Scoping out the pond is evidently some very exhausting work!
