The one where he's standing on his back legs just cracked me up.

What is the IQ of these creatures? I am chagrined to admit so far they have outsmarted my every effort to deter them from eating enormous amounts of expensive bird seed. :(

Haha on "what is the IQ?"

They are so very smart!!

Right now, it's 6:57 am at my house - a squirrel is up in my back yard big tree, and Zanna the wonderdog is stretched up as high as she can go, trying to get that silly squirrel.

You gotta love 'em, or, they'll drive you crazy. I especially like the shot of them playing hide and seek on the tree. The greys here do that all the time.

Busy as bees, aren't they? HA.

your squirrel shots are so good, your squirrels are super photogenic with their antics and bushy tails and you really do a great capture of them

I admire their busyness. So, what do you think they do when none are to be found during the hottest part of the day? I should read up on them in some of my spare time. Ha! I love seeing the one that lives in our tree coming home in the evening.

I can't help but think that ,doing what they do,is getting into trouble. :)

They sure are busy little things. I love how you capture them at their best. B

One of the most annoying creatures I know, they are eating the seeds i give to the birds, had to nail the plug on the seed dispenser as they can remove it, they always run faster then me, can never catch them...
Greetings, DeeBee :)

Busy little varmits, aren't they? So cute though. I love the one where he's standing on his haunches with that funny look on his face.

the eighth photo down has me in stitches. what a phrase - where did that come from? he doesn't really think that feeder is doable, does he?

T, great. I think that one guy is sticking his tongue out at you!
I'm surprised they even put their feet on the ground, with the crew you have there!

Great shots, as always!!!

We seem to have an over abundance of the little boogers this year!

A fine action series of this squirrel's talents and ability to cling to trees regardless whether it's up or down. I especially like the last shot where he's challenged to leap over to the handing food supply. Very nice series.

the other morning after a rain we saw 6 squirrels on the neighbors roof chasing each other...didn't grab the camera...just enjoyed watching the crazies...

LOL! Your tree rat photos crack me up! Can't help but laugh at 'em. You should do a separate section just for them.
