The birds have your place highlighted on the map, don't they? :-)
To jakiś wstydliwy ptak, albo skromny nie chce pozować do zdjęć "twarzą", ale zdjęcia wiadomo śliczne. Pozdrawiam ciepło
oh my goodness.. roflmbo!
Do you think that was a fishing trick? Like: "pretend you are a stump"? A beautiful BIG bird, for sure. And fantastic pictures.Oh, I loved the detail of the one black (?) bird that sneaked into view.Have a great day, T ! xxxxx
awesome photos...crazy bird...
Now that's a cool shot. Silly bird. Love the lurker in the last one.
They do look alike!
My employer just brought in a piece of driftwood that looks like the head and neck of a blue heron. I should have photographed it to show you. What a coincidence!
LOL! That's great. Too funny. You have such a good eye!
I LOVE THIS! perfect and it does look like the heron is pretending to be a stump.

I love that lost photo with the silhouette of the bird in the foreground.
These are great. You can almost hear the ripple of the water and the camera's click. Do you think there's something going on there?Manzanita@Wannabuyaduck
An amazing resemblance and reflection, tw girl. Nice shot!be happy and well,Pam
That's amazing, it's almost "which is which?"
Haha, homage to stump! Love it!
But who's imitating who?!? It's like she's looking in the mirror!Have a Great Day!Angela
The bird does an excellent job of looking like a stump, but I think his shadow does an even better impersonation.
Fantastic captures and, yes, who it imitating who! I love it! Hope you have a great day!!Sylvia
Good caption. Like someone mentioned, I wonder if he is mimicking the stump for a fishing advantage. We often do not give animals enough credit for their intelligence.
you should write a book, really.or have your blog printed "blog2print"....do it!!!!
Hahaha! That's funny! The bird DOES look like it's imitating the stump!
That is so great!
Thats funny. Who is the biggest? I think I eat more fich, then ... Great comparicon. Love it!
Fortunately, I was able to swallow my coffee before viewing this, otherwise, my screen and keyboard would be covered!
Are you sure of who is imitating who(m?)?
The position of the old snag and the long neck of this bird make a complementing pair of visual elements that make this shot very strong. Excellent.
So, who is imitating whom? :-) Excellent photos, T!
You always catch so of the most gorgeous bird.. I love this one..

Those are awesome pix, as usual! Cracking up at the photobomber one. Now where's that pesky squirrel when you need him to do something?
