These shots are just so sweet. We really do need to get a new birdbath. Glad you are following Buddy’s journey. It is pretty exciting for me this time with him having the iPhone. Today he is in really rough territory so doubt I will talk to him or get any shots to post. I do not know how he is doing it. G

More fantastic bird shots!

Hey, is your Blogger reader doing anything weird? Like pulling posts from a couple of days ago and repeating them? And resubscribing you to blogs you unfollowed 8 months ago? Something strange going on here...

What a cute wee birdie, looks like it is looking in a mirror.

Louise said...

The word "perky" was invented for chickadees, I'm convinced.

I love the chickadees. We've been in the city all week so I'm sure my birdbaths have gone dry by now.

Not meaning to ignore your chick-a-dee-dee but I just noticed your Texas raingauge. Funny, but not so either. One must have a sense of humor during times of despair. And I was always told that things are bigger in Texas. Hmm...

Manzanita said...

I commented early and must have forgot to push "publish." It was early. You had to be up with the birds, too. LOL I often marvel over those teeny bird legs supporting that bird body.
Me, too, talking about something else. I hear so much good news about your governor and how the population is increasing. I guess Texas has the space.

You even captured perfect reflections!

Cute bird pictures! My cat Susie prefers to drink from the birdbath instead of her own water. She never bothers birds but I don't think they trust her, she looks too much like a wolf in cat's fur.

Cute little chickadee...I wonder if he can see his own reflection.

I think the birds in my area have flown to a cooler place, I've not had nearly as many lately as I normally do.

Maybe I should have drank earlier because I am not as far behind as I thought. I am only 9 behind not 19!
