Bunting Lady, you did it again. A city of birds?!! What a view to have out the window. Thinking of birdseed, you must buy huge bags of seed. Never seen a Bunting, and I adore the colors!!! WHOA. Nice one.

Have you got so many feeders, wow.

Joey said...

Hi!

We got some rain early this morning too. Thought I heard thunder, but decided I was dreaming and went back to sleep.

It's been so dry that we have no birds... we're on a water ration plan and many trees look like they are dying.

I'm glad you got some rain too.

I think if I was at your place, I'd have a hard time getting anything done. I'd just be camped out by the windows all day watching birds!

I have to admit I'm a little envious of your painted bunting. Since they refuse to visit us I guess I don't mind coming here to visit them here. I love the background on the 7th shot--smooth as butter.

Sallie (FullTime-Life) said...

Wouldn't you like to come up and visit here in Oregon where it's cooler? Bring the painted buntings with you, will you please ;>)

Adam Tilt said...

Wow that's one of the craziest coloured birds I think I've ever seen!

I have never seen such a pretty bird! I'm glad the birds are still out and about during your drought. Do you have a bird bath for them? Or maybe it would just evaporate into a steam sauna?
