Czyżby ten piękny, kolorowy ptaszek (pomalowany:-)) miał zamiar pogonić nowego przybysza od jedzenia ?Pozdrawiam ciepło

He is like a little birdie rainbow!
Very envious of your beautiful wee birds. Lovely pictures.
We've had a couple indigo buntings this summer but no painted buntings yet. I think they're all at your place!
Perfection! Noticed your bottle cap today. Hope this is just the beginning.
What a gorgeous way to start the day!
I get so excited to see these beauties on your blog!! They are amazing! Hope you have a great weekend! blessings ~ tanna
Would love to see one of these in real life! So beautiful.
I love the Painted Buntings, they are beautiful and colorful birds. I am envious, I would love to see them in my yard. Wishful thinking on my part. Your photos are wonderful.
Yes, he photographs well from all angles. Did his agent approach you with his modeling fee schedule?
Simply beautifully captured shots...lovely!
they are just lovely! How fortunate to have them at your feeders! Most of our birds are shades of brown and black, but I love them all. One year I caught a brief glance of a western tanager. He was absolutly a feast for the eyes. Havn't seen one since. He must have been traveling through. And last night we spotted a pair of Downy Woodpeckers in the tree out front. Not sure where they came from or how they escaped our notice if they live here, considering we have all of about 15 trees in a 20 mile radius! Hope they stick around though!
What a cutie! And those colors. Mixed and matched perfectly. What is that little guy?
I've never seen a painted bunting down here. The indigo buntings come through though.
he looks like the crayon box spilled on him, every color. so beautiful.
That is the prettiest bird! I would so love to see one in my yard!
I love that bird. the colors are amazing. I wish I could see one here in Oklahoma!
Stunning bird....wish we had them in our neck of the woods!!! Wishing you a zillion cap fulls of water!!!
He just doesn't seem real. He looks like the product of a graphic artist design for a box of Fruit Loops cereal. Someday I hope to see one.
Gorgeous! He really brightens up the view, doesn't he? Hope he gets a little rain soon. : )
How awesome, so much color in such a sweet, compact package! I stand amazed at what the Lord hath made, wow!Tina xo

At least your horse didn't get ALL the birdseed.
Okay, I've been here half the morning and left a few other comments. I love your photos and envy your camera and all the attachments.I had a Bunting show up once to my DFW area home. Most of the time it was Cardinals and Mourning Dove. I sure do miss my Cardinals! The dove have followed me out here to the desert. Talk about HOT... but it's that "dry" heat. It's a feathered rainbow! These are such vibrant pictures. Could look at them all day. Did you get rain? We woke up to gentle sprinkling this morning. Cooler temps but at a price of high horrible headache-producing humidity. Oy.

I like the first picture of Zim. That could be on a Halloween poster.
Your painted buntings are a delight! They are as colourful as our parrots but so much prettier and with their rainbow colours remind me of a child's colouring book.
