I can see why it's one of your favorites!
Now that's a cool fence! I miss seeing the names of ranches. No one names farms around here.
Great pictures of this special fence.Nordis
This one is outstanding!! Great choice and great shots. blessings ~ tanna
I've wanted a cool ranch gate for a long time...
That is one cool fence!
totally love that....
that is a REALLY COOL fence...and gate!!!!
Great and unusual looking fence!
Lots of work in this fence. Wonderful!
gotta love Texas Fences....great shots...
Wow this is awesome...such a grand entrance! Just a few farms around here have names. Thanks for playing!
Nice pics.. Simplicity at its best!! :)
You've got some mighty fine welders in your parts.
Really cool gate and fence. I love the wheels and it looks strong.
Nicely designed fence and gate. Great post!
Oh that is a great fence...love it!
Sturdy and classy! We are fence free on our land...other than barbed wire to keep cattle out of our front yard which sometimes works and and sometimes not. I would love to create a big "Pinke Post" entrance though. :)
Oh man do I like it!
I want a ranch gate! How cool is that?! Someone spent alot of time designing and creating that one.
That's really cool! Great choice.
We did a up and over about a year ago here. That's what I call the entrances with the, well up and overs LOL.
this is a really cool fence. i like all the shots and different views, especially against the sky.
It`s a beauty!
Very nice fence. I always enjoy looking at iron work and signs when the vendors are at the fair. It would be nice, but too many other projects at the top of the list.
Very cool-I love the name of the ranch!
i think i just saw a friday link up for fences??i love the design of fences and gates too!
That's an impressive gate - I can see why you like them.
These are wonderful shots! Love the fence and the gate.
That lloks like a strong one!
Looks like a strong one but I miss the old school symbols of the family name up on the fence of the ranch.I do like the wagon wheel though
One super unique gate/fence. Artwork!
Love that fence!!
It's so pretty...and so sturdy-looking!
Handsome! I bet that cost more than a little.
This is a nice fence/gate/escape route. Had to find out about Zip! lol
Nice to see you made a gate too! When we moved here to the Hollow, I bugged the Prez until he went out and found an old cattle gate for the end of the driveway...most of the neighbors had one and I wanted to fit in!...:)JP
Interesting fence and gate. It's the sort you stop and that notice of.
The wheels are a great touch. Self explanatory and unique. Nice shots Theresa.
I know what you mean, I always admire a great looking entrance like this one. It shows the owner's pride in their homestead!
LOL!! I just noticed Zip's prominent picture. Someone said they came to visit from here and I was like huh? So I came over to see why - too funny!
What a great entrance to that ranch...love the wheels in the fence:)
Nice to see Zip has come to visit. Love a good strong fence. This will outlast many generations of ranch owners.
I particularly like that last shot. We love ranch gates too. Nothing makes us slam on the brakes, back up, and ooh and ahh quicker than a neat gate.
Terrific fence! I can see why you like it, too! It does look SO dry! I'm amazed every time I see one of your photos of the area! Wish I could send you some green from Seattle! Have a great weekend, Theresa!Sylvia
Those sure are some cool gates! I can see why you like them.
Good fences make good neighbors! And good photo ops too! That's a lovely one.Your header photo is wonderful. (I hope it's new or else I haven't been paying enough attention lately.)
Il ne manque plus que les chevaux !Bon week-end,Roger
There's a place not far from where we live in OR that specializes in ranch gates and entrance art. I'm so jealous when I drive past it: galloping horses, bucking broncs, wagon wheels. Makes me want to live on a ranch so bad.
Ther Iron Wheel is very good, the ways that they can put them in the fence is really really clever.
i like it, too!brilliant fence!
Whoever built this fence was pretty no nonsense--this one has a job to do, but still doesn't miss the opportunity to do a bit of subtle branding in advertising.
Love the name and the sign!
Podobne bramy znam tylko z filmów. Jeśli Ci się podoba i masz gdzie ja postawić , to rób to. Pozdrawiam
A wonderful way to make the entrance to your property your own.I have an image in my head of the gates to the Run*A*Round Ranch...featuring Zim and Thelma. I'm daft have a lovely weekend.
THat is quite lovely and detailed.
I like this a lot! I probably would have drove by without taking pictures and regretted it later.
I really like this a lot as well. Fences add their own personal charm to photos.
Many people in our area have the neat country gates. John doesn't because he doesn't own the ranch he runs cattle on now. One of my favorites is a replica of the Alamo. I did gates at one time in my AOL Journal.
Now there is a cool looking fence just right for a ranch! Love it!
Not only looks great, but very well made:@)
Very nicely done. Nothing like making a place your own.
Note to self: Hit publish AFTER you finish typing. Anyhoo...That's a fine fence but somewhere in Texas there are at least 2 buckboards up on blocks!
Love the ranch gate! We don't have many in our area, but the ones I have seen; I usually take notice of...definately appreciate the workmanship and traditional history of them.
that's so cool! none of those around here exactly...Texas knows how to do gates for sure...BTW I received the bird feathers Thanks so much ! hey are so neat- KAT -
Great fences... those fences should win awards, they're so nice! lOl! =)
Very cool. I can see why it's your favorite. Ya know, I think I'd like a ranch gate :)
I can see why you would like this one so much. It's fantastic!
Hi Texwisgirl, I like it too! Hard to do all that welding. Whoever made the fence and entrance, was a master craftsperson! Have a wonderful weekend!
awesome t....i love the perspective and the name of the ranch!!what a grand entrance. it would look super cool with zim in it!!so much love & support on you sidebar & zip, he's a cutie!!
Beautiful! I don't think they would hold a goat though.Teresa
That is a beautiful gate! Tiffany
I really like the name.
Thats a nice gate! What does your gate look like?
I love that gate! I can see why this one is a favorite of yours. Those old wheels are cool.
Lovely fences. Have a nice weekend to you.
That's a cool gate! :)
An impressive entrance!
You so need one of these! Maybe the "a" in RunaRound could be a squirrel chasing his tail. =D
Your photos are great! This is a nice ranch.Love the vanishing point of the first shot!
Wonderful looking gate and fences. I hope I get the chance to visit Texas in the future so I can see some of these places you have shown me :)
These are so cool!
That is so cool!
I love the wagon wheels. How creative. And the way it's designed is very artistic.
You captured one of the betters ones! I really like the wagon wheels
This was a great fence to enter...
Very cool! I love the wheels in the fence!
I like that - remember the old show Dallas - we went to see the ranch it was supposed to be taken from - if I remember correctly (?) it had something like that - South Fork. Love, sandie
