These incredible old trees have seen and heard so much. That tree just calls me to bring a blanket, book, mug of tea and enjoy the afternoon underneath its branches. Beautiful!

what a gorgeous tree! and it sure does shine with the setting sun!!
fence? What fence? ;)
Now that is one beautiful tree. And looks lovely in front of your new fencing. We only have a very small oak tree we planted but it has great history already. We brought it from a forest in Germany my hubby grew up in as a seedling. Planted it on some property we had at the time. It was there for 10 years then sold the property and transplanted to an other property. It grew there like crazy for 10 years. Then we sold that property and when moving it this time had to cut the top off. It has been here now for 10 years. Was slow going for awhile as it didn't have a leader but it is finally growing pretty good now. Ok I have rambled on enough
This is absolutely spectacular! Such a beautiful fence! With a handsome tree to add interest.
Beautiful, powerful tree!. I think it's Oak? I cordially greet and welcome each other more often. :)
Beautiful Tree - You ARE an Artist!ps - love the Yoga Duck, too!
