These are so very sweet!! I'm sure it's the fence they are admiring.
What a couple of beauties. It looks like a lovely morning.
Ha! Whatever they are admiring they appear to looking at together. Sweet photos.
BEAUTIFUL . . . I love the "look back" to check . . .For sure they are singing, "I like where I am fenced in . . ."
Ah, you have a couple of lovely doggies there. I love how they are looking out at the sunrise. :)
Just chillin'!Love it.
What a cute picture of these two.
Awesome shots!!! Love the moring light and the dew/frost on the ground and those two enjoying the morning! blessings ~ tanna
Louise: What do you want to do today?Thelma: Dunno. Same thing as yesterday?Louise: Sounds fine with me.Thelma: Glad we have that settled.
Oh I love this. If they were sitting on a park bench with a picnic basket I would think they were of the human kind. What a great sentimental thought this has put in my head. LOVE. Thanks for that.Merry Christmas Tex. B
I think they're spotted that frost around the fence and have decided not to get their paws cold!
These photos make me want to sing, la la la....Oh what a beautiful mornin', oh what a beautiful day, I've got a beautiful feelin', everything's goin' my way...
I am thinking its the fence! :O) They looked back to tell you to come on over and sit down with them.
i think they are drinking in the beauty of the sunrise and discussing the fact they live in paradise with a hoooman that loves them. the look over the shoulder is priceless. they are either saying Look Mom, do you see it? OR there she is, our Mom with the clicking box AGAIN
They are so sweet. Is that frost on the ground?
I feel just like that when I watch a glorious sunrise out across the horizon. Warms my heart to see how they actually appreciate a good sunrise. ;)
I vote for admiring the new fence ;-)
They are toooo cute! I had two goats named Thelma and Louise. They have long passed. Great pictures.
Thats cute and made me smile - thank you. what good dogs - mine would run for the hills lol
oh my gosh, what adorable dogs!i just want to smooch these beauties!
Sunrise? Not seen one of those for a while in Lancashire!
Cute pics...they look quite content to welcome the new day!
It's pictures like these that make me think a dog's life is a pretty good thing. Thanks for raising pets that have time to relax, appreciate, and just flat out enjoy the sunrise. Maybe this is how dogs pray... "ALL CREATURES GREAT AND SMALL..."
Maybe a little of both. I can hear them sighing in peace right now. They are sooooo cute. Margie
What sweet girls they are! Merry Christmas Thelma and Louise! Hope Santa brings you lots of bones!
Those girls make a fine team. Being the natural hunters they are, something across the pasture sure has their attention!
They are checking over their kingdom -- cute.
Love it! They're such good pals.
The simple pleasures in life - watching the girls who are just waiting to get into some trouble.
They are out early studying on what they can get into today.
they are just too cute for words....always checking on what your doing!!nice fence ;)
Such cute doggies, and a nice fence!
Those are MY kind of dogs:)
Nothing like seeing our doggies meditating as they greet the day! Such fun shots and they do seem to appreciate their world! Hope all of you have a great day! Wish you could send a bit of that wonderful sunshine up Seattle way!Sylvia
Or maybe they are just enjoying the beautiful day...
They're adorable. Have a very Merry Christmas, Texwis!BTW- Don't give Thelma and Louise any car keys- I saw the movie.:)
Aw! Just precious. :)
Nice dogs! And what a fence!Merry Christmas. ps: Where's the snow?
Just Beautiful and the fence frames the picture perfectly....hehe!
They're so cute together, admiring the view.
Adorable... how'd you come upon two sisters needing a home?
Hehe. Fun photos. Love their names. Love how they know how to enjoy a bit of sun...and the very nice fence.
Hi Teresa...I hate to be the barer of this , but I have known and seen many dogs who love to eat the bird droping ( poop) lol...so perhaps that's the time the birds come to feed hahaha!!Lets hope not ..cute just the same!Grace
My family used to breed catahoulas - not very many people around here know what they are! We have one that looks similar to a lab (she is mostly black - no spots) - not very typical for the breed. Your two girls don't look typical either (they don't look very spotty). I guess that is the beauty of that breed - the dogs are so unique. They are beautiful and they look so happy just staring at the fence!Sarah from The House That Ag Built

Hi Texwisgirl, Louise has great markings as well. Both are beauties! Good to have well-tempered ranch dogs. I have a friend up in OK who used to have a ranch dog of same breed as your two. Have a wonderful day today and enjoy those doggies!
Pretty sure it's that fine fence they are admiring! You crack me up!Such beautiful dogs!
Beautiful sisters.the names suit them.Merry Christmas.Costas
Love how they turn around and look at you. Looks like a great day!
Beautiful shots. Tell me you didn't set them there and tell them to stay. The composition is perfect.
Or maybe they're waiting for someone special to come home:)
Oh, the life of a dog! Terrific series of shots!
The dogs, the fence and the view are all beautiful.
They look like they are the best of friends...and if they are like the dogs we had as a kid...they are. Ours worked together when hunting...kind of fun to watch them.
T, Oh to be a dog and sit in the warm sun!Was going to ask: forgive my geographic skills but is any of that big snow storm coming your way?
Tee, What a beautiful frostful morning. It is a great shot of the girls overlooking your spread. I love looking at your posts. Merry Christmas. xo Jenny
They are beautiful.Kay
They are great looking dogs...looking out across the fields...or at that fence. Either way, they appear very contented and enjoying themselves. Nice landscape shots too.
I don't know if this dog are male and female, but this photo is so romantic! :)
Somehow I don't think that the 'sisters' are watching the sunset or admiring the new fence... Maybe there's a pretty gal pooch across the way that they are admiring....?????Hugs,Betsy
Nice dogs and a nice fence!
a lil bita both, yep, a lil bita both! =)
Peacefully admiring the fence I think! I am coveting the green grass I see. With no snow I'd like a little Texas warmth for our brown grass.
If they're anything like my sisters they are complaining why somebody didn't put that blue bucket away "now it's in our way of a perfect sunrise, hhmmph!";)
wow, that's some really nice light you've captured. your girls are surround by glow. happy holidays to you Theresa.
What a life! I wish I could spend a few hours with them under that tree... just to observe the new fence:))
And when you come this eveningChristmas tree decorated with candlesLet the white wafer as a poulticeAlways heal the wounds of your soulLet joy fill thy heartWith the hope proclaims what nurseryLet blissful singing carolsThy mute concerns, worriesLet the words of thy cordial wishesAs the star will light up your neighbor. And when it all come trueYou will feel the message of Christmas Eve.
Such a sweet, sweet shot ! They must bring you a lot of joy (o:
Such a sweet shot! They both look very content viewing the lovely scenery. I love this series!
They look like they know all the answers....
Perhaps, both of them! The sunrise and the new fence! Or they enjoy that you're making fotos of them.GreetingsAngela
Beautiful girls! I'm sure it's the new fence they are admiring! :)
I just love these photos!!!
Darling sisters! Wabbit watchers. We need to get some red bows into your posts somehow. If the birds won't sit for it, maybe Thelma?I love how they always look to see what you're doing and then carry on.
Looks to me that they are soaking up the afternoon sun. So nice. :)
Beautiful lighting! Once again, a dog's life.
They are adorable!
smiles...what sweet pics!i hope you have a very merry christmas!
I have been going to tell you how much I like your new header. I am with your dogs, that fence is so pretty. Your dogs look so content.
Now that is just downright adorable! There is something about shots taken from behind...children, dogs, whatever - I love them! Merry Christmas to you and yours!
"Ranne ptaszki" z Twoich piesków - wschód słońca oglądają :-). Pozdrawiam .
They are so cute - hope they don't really run! sandie
Great photos of the dogs. If that is really frost on the ground my dog wouldn't have ventured out of her kennel - and I doubt that I would have left the house either!
What a pretty pair of sisters! I don't think me and my sister ever sat that peacefully under a tree! Oh to be a dog!
must be admiring the new fence....I know I am...
I love these!
A sibling moment. How sweet.
It looks so lovely there! I would love to have a fence like that. :-)
They are gorgeous! What sweeties!Love, love the new fence. Hmm...can Annie come over and play?!Ha!xo, misha
looks to be one of their favourite spots judging by the 'pad' leading to where they're sitting. Looks like a great view from there; no wonder they're content to just be...
This is one sweet photo! You know they are admiring the fence. It's even more beautiful at sunrise. :)
They are a beautiful pair. I love the over the shoulder "check to see if we're missing anything" look. That is a nice fence to be admiring.
I think they're admiring the wooden fence and telling each other how glad they are that it's not a woven wire one they'd have to jump over! :D
:D Those two are inseparable...
LOVELY and cute...I wish you a Merry Christmas and a wonderful New Year full of peace, health and LOVE
What fabulous shots of these sweet creatures!
Very sweet! Looks a little frosty there....
HEY!!! i'm # 101!!!!!!!!! great shot!!! look at those two...so relaxed...looking out over the land...enjoying some peace & quiet in the sun...
Those two are so darn cute! What great photos of them waiting or watching.
I think they are discusing chasing cars. Like "what dowe do if we catch one?"
Yep...'er yap...the show is "that- a-ways.
"Sisters, sisters,There were never such devoted sisters,Never had to have a chaperone, no sir,I'm there to keep my eye on her..."couldn't help but break into song when i read the title. ;o)
I think they are trying to decide which fence post they are going to cock their leg up on ;)
Oh wait! They are girls! HA! Dang it! I thought I had a good one there....I'll be back! Gotta go think of another good one haha
Such sweet sister love :)
