I think their bills are such a cool color. Evidently, they prefer the warmer climate, so I'll probably not see them 'round these parts.

Paula said...

Gorgeous pictures! I can't believe how still the water is... and I agree with Pig in Mud~ the first one made me chuckle because they're all lined up waiting to see who goes first! *haha*

Hi Theresa, I have just enjoyed looking through the posts I missed this week, you certainly had some creative fun with the twisted tree :-)

The Black-bellied Whistling Ducks captivated me both here and on the earlier post, what lovely creatures they are and they look so funny in the first photo, just as if they are standing around having a bit of a chat while they are waiting for a bus :-)

I am so jealous of your duck population. We don't have even one duck! What a sight! I am so chuckling at those red billed fellows all in a row. Now how did you get them to do that? Absolutely delightful picture.

Them's some cool lookin' burds!

If you are reading this you can rest assured the TV ad about the "shock proof hard drive in Toshiba laptops" is not just advertising hype. No, I have not thrown this thing across the room....yet....but it's been a temptation. I have managed to sty logged in and post comments on Blogger using Internet Explorer and I hate IE because it's slow and clunky!

Google Chrome refuses to let me use any of my Google products or accounts including Blogger, Picassa web albums, Gmail or Google+. They all work just fine with IE:-(
