I am attracted to barns of all descriptions. I especially like the older ones. Oh, the stories they could tell of the animals and people they have known....

When it comes to barns it seems Texans lack imagination and creativity. Just nail up some corrugated tin and call it a barn.

Hi TexWisGirl, Those fallen down homesteads just amaze me. I think it may cost a lot to dismantle and find a place to put remaining materials if they can't be re-used, recycled, or burned (some localities have strict rules and fees). Your pictures are great! Have a wonderful day today!

Giga said...

Why is that no matter what shape, all barns seem to have a beauty to them! Maybe it's because of the promise they show.
Nice pictures! Acilia and I were enjoying a barn yesterday that would fall into the "wrecked" category :)

Hi - nice barns!

When you say that the things in my pictures are cute, I can only assume you mean the statues - because the kids through the glass ball are monsters!!! ;)
