Or would that be Barnage and Fencery? I know, I like to make up words. I'm in my own little world. But it's okay; they know me here...
Could there be a more perfect scene for TexWisGirl than this next one? I mean, rusty-roofed barn (check!), barbed-wire fence (check!), gorgeous tree (CHECK!) Even if it is shot into the sun, it is Texas heaven. *ahhh*

oh yes the silhouette of that tree in the background is quite something! Lovely and green after all your rains. How's the dam looking?
Cool pics, it's nice to see green! We're just starting to green up a bit here in Philly:@)

Love it!
I love an old rusty barn,so that one is my favorite I think!
I am with you on the Texas heaven comment. I am back and feeling better and i missed your post so much.
and of course a person who lives in a "nonagon" would make up words...
I like the tree. Even though it's in the background, it strikes me as the focal point.
Nice pictures, I like your favorite one, too. You sure do have lots of wide open spaces out there in Texas! :-)
I like the "corner" in the foreground of the second picture but that tree in the last one is just perfect!!
Love that tree in the distance.
That last photo does scream out your name :)
Great barns and fences...and a lovely tree!
When in doubt I say
"wind it." I make up words all the time too and notice most people don't know the difference... :)
Whew... for a minute there I thought I was all alone, I live in my own little world also!
I believe the words yerlookinfer are
barnurry and fenceurry, at least that's how I spellem in my neckathewoods. ;D
Yep..I tend to run my words together, creating my own unique language that only the people living in my little world understand!
Looks like your neckathewoods has a little more green this week.
Hi Teresa...I really like that third one...GREEN...whats that!! lol...everything here is white ..more snow in the last week then all winter eeeks!!

Yeppers, that last photo is awesome and looks like Texas.
I'm learning what Texas looks like from you, so I'll take your word for it--LOL! ;)
I just love trees. Especially older, gnarly ones that have withstood the passage of time. :)
Being in your "own little world" is a good place to be! LOL
that last one is winner winner chicken dinner!
Great shots...and the new words are now in my vocabulary book! LOL
Love the made-up words.
Your pictures make me want to move to Texas.
Hot damn, love that last pic too!
The middle ones remind me of our barns in MN.....how far are you from Houston?
Looks like the pastures are beginning to green up in your part of Texas. Like that first pic with the white pipe fence with hog wire!
I'll go with Barnage & Fencery!!
Great shots... I love the colours in the last one. Almost looks like my photos of Aussie Barns out west :)
Great shots and you are right about the last one. (o:
"They know me here" roflmao...hehehehheheheheh

I like these lovely pictures Theresa.
Greetings, Joop
I can practically smell the grass and soil in the last one. Wonderful!
And big beautiful sky!! Yup -- it's the LoneStar State alright.
I love your mangulation of words!!
The country is looking great.
Your new header is just beautiful - such a lovely collection of photos :D)
Oh ya, that last one is my fave. Love the tree, and composition of the photo.
How about barnencery?
You are too funny, Theresa! "They know me here" makes me LOL! Great farm/barn scenes! That last shot is my favorite!
But is it perfect without an octagonal house?
Love that last shot. I have to head west more often.
:)
Oh, that tree in the last...sure caught my eye. I love it...
AND look at that beautiful green grass! Enjoying your Texas scenery, my yard has filled in with snow just when I was thinking tulips?
Oops. Looks like TexWisGirl forgot her meds this morning. (;^))
I'm all for making up your own words - I think I may also be guilty of that lol.
I can see why you like your last shot.
the third one is the charm
Gorgeous! Looks like home to me.
Great shots for the day! It is good to see the green!!! I really love the last shot with the bare tree and what wonderful composition!! Hope your week is off to a good start! Hey, you put together your own dictionary!!
Sylvia
Very nice. I enjoy seeing the scenery around Texas.
I'm favoring the last barn. I'd like to be inside it the next time it rains, hearing the drops on its tin roof - and probably dodging a few that fall through.
I am glad you are happy...I too like to visit my own little world....It's fun there right?
i like you new header...Everyone is "springing" up their headers....so cool to look at all of them....
I like that first one. Nice and big and room for plenty of kids. It might be a bit drafty in the winter though.
I completely agree...that is Texas heaven! Beautiful capture. I love the naked branches of the tree.
Those are all nice, but I LOVE the last photo. Especially the amazing silhouette of that background tree on the left side. Wow! If you could just get a closer shot of that one...
The trees do add the most gorgeous touch. Love your fancy schmancy made up words. :)
Looks lovely and green. Let's hope you have no drought this year.
i gotta agree with you there...that last one is the coolest!!
T, great shots! Love that big old tree back in the pasture and the way you captured it!
Glad I'm in that own little world with you and you're in mine! I like them better than most of the alternative!
I love your choice of words [hehe].
Nice photos, and it's very green - lovely!
Have a great day!
Eva
That last capture is simply beautiful. I want to live there.
So green...and today I'm getting inches of white.
(And my kids aren't that tall...more like I'm short;)
Texas... or at least your part of Texas is so like my little county... so flat.
We are surrounded by high ground and have a lovely sandstone ridge running north to south through the centre of the county which at 901sq miles is tiny compared to Texas.
But can boast that I know most of it quite well.. lol x
Have a lovely week.
I have to agree that tree in your perfect picture is a neat one. We call that the lightning tree in the middle of the field. I liked "barnage and fencery" my self :-)
I like the title- and your new header rocks- love the spring green border!
Hello There, Since I've been away from blogging for a week, I have alot of catching up to do. We had a wonderful trip to Arkansas --but it's great to visit with my blog friends. Hope things are going well with you.
Great 'barnage' and 'fencery' photos, Theresa.
Hugs,
Betsy
Did you lose many followers due to the Word Verification? I lost at least one person that I know of --who won't take it off of her blog, and abruptly quit coming to my blog!!! Oh Well!!!
Really lovin' that tree and your header too!! I need to change mine. Where did you find the template?
I don't mind, what the verbiage is, it all goes with your brilliant photos.
Drzewo ma ładny kształt i miło zobaczyć zieloną trawę. Pozdrawiam. *** The tree has a nice shape and nice to see green grass. Yours.
I'm especially fond of the third photograph. The tree shape is stunning. Love the green pasture, too. Beautiful!
Great shots!
I love rusty, old barns too,
love the last photo!
So Very Gorgeous.
lovely scenes!!
I like inventing combined words - so I'll call this beautiful FenBarnage
i love them all ... but i'm partial to the 3 photo. love the roof. (:
They know me in my own little world too ;) Great photos!
Hey, I don't see any language scholars hiding under the bushes there; make up all the words ya want! :-)
Beautiful barn!
Blue Charm
Gosh, I can't get over how green the grass is!
Awesome barns, T. :)
The tree and barn are really interesting from the distance. Barbed wire....ouch! I love large trees....they make you ponder how old they are and how they've managed to stay free of being cut down. Nice to see these shots after coming back from boring meetings today.
I LOVE the last photo as well! That tree is amazing!
I agree very Texany!!!
And you can teach me all the (fake) English words you want, i still need to grow my vocabulary! hehe
Big hugs
Leontien
I like barnage and fencery myself. My spell check can't figure out barnage or fencery. Oh well, nice pics T.
Nice shots.
I am just really loving the green. No green at all here yet. Oh, I take that back. There was a couple of new green blades of grass, but the guineas ate them both.
LOVE your title!!! It says everything. (I also love that fence...impressive structure that's pretty, as well.)
That last one has all the important elements alright. Beautiful.
Good lookin' rusty roofed barn and the tree to the left is no slacker either.
I like that last shot the best, although they're all nice.
You have so much sky --
I am now word verification free, thanks to you. Linked back to you.
Barnery sounds good to me. Fenceage works too!
You have a knack of finding beauty in everything!
So right you are--that last scene is perfect! Nice work!
I love the last one with the lonesome tree.
I really like the white fence in the first photo...I'm used to seeing black here all the time. And the tree in the last shot is too cool! I like it!
Hi there - just how many barns are there in your next of the woods!
Cheers - Stewart M - Australia
Lovely shot - and your choice of words leaves no doubt what you were showing! I think you are very clever! Isn't is nice to go where everybody knows your name?
I love that flat land there - we have hills everywhere! They are nice - but sometimes it's good to see a distance. Sandie
Beautiful!
Regards and best wishes
I like the rusty roof and the tree, too. Nicely done.
Love the new words. You're welcome in my world, any time.
Beautiful barn photos! Love the vivid green pasture in the last photo!
Yes, the last one is my favorite too. Love your made up words.
I'm liking all 3, but the last is a fave! Plus, I'm thinkin the barnage & fencery... Very cool! =)
Thanks for joining, TWG! =)
Peaceful and pretty.
