well, loving your new header and the new you photo too Theresa. Lovely barn photo and I've never heard of Indian Paintbrushes before, summizing that they're the red flowers in the field. Are they considered a weed I wonder?

I love Indian Paintbrush flowers. It will be a while before we see them in Wisconsin..
Very pretty - unusual colored roof - at least it would be for the barns around here...!
Indian Paintbrushes are almost as pretty as Bluebonnets, brighter anyway. Nice barn, too.
Gosh it would be wonderful to run through that green pasture in bare feet! Hopefully there is no cow droppings though. Haha!Such lush green!xo Catherine
I do love the wildflowers of spring!! Beautiful photos!

I like the Indian paintbrushes. Their spots of bright red makes the picture. The cool barn is nice but not friendly like the flowers. I wish people would paint their barns with things like they used to around here. Something besides Chew Mail Pouch.
The Indian paintbrush is so pretty... it's a wildflower? We don't have it here, I don't think.
I hardly saw any indian paintbrushes around here in Austin this year, it was a little dispointing actually, im so glad that you have them and wow they really pop out in the field.
I've never seen an Indian paintbrush before but what I love most about the photo is the GREEN Texas grass!

Interesting shapes and composition. Love the flowers. We are on the road right now and loving the flowers we are seeing. Tomorrow we will be home!
Is this an unusual color of barn for TX? Regardless, it's perfect for the paintbrushes to play against. Are they mostly a spring flower or into summer?
A peaceful place. Very nice photo.
