As annoying as they are when they eat all the bird seed, or dump it all out, you have to admit, they are fun to watch!
silly goose of a squirrel. makes me laugh at each pose. you must have the healthiest squirrels in the country. you could rent this guy out as a comedian.
Feel the burn! Stop the madness! (Can you tell I haven't exercised since the 80s?)
There's no escaping those beady eyes!
why, i stopped feeding the birds. i have no desire to feed the squirrels. those sneaky little @*$%!#(^$$* *!!))$# ... oops, it is sunday ... shame on me. ha. ha!!! glad you got a few shots. (:
Masters of dexterity.
Obviously a well toned squirrel.
Your title is perfect!
They are such funny little guys. Neat photos. When I go back to DC I sit and watch them for hours. And throw them unsalted peanuts.
HaHa! Great pictures

They are such little acrobats!!
Very qute! Is it the same one as usual? He´s well trained :-)
Very charming series! They bug the heck outta me but they are cute!
And I bet it won't be the least bit sore tomorrow. I like the patterns in their fur.
Fun photos, the squirrels are great acrobats. I wish I could do such moves. Have a great day!
Plus doing it upside down helps with the face wrinkles! ;) Cute!xo Catherine
Funny! it does have a great set of thighs!
those crazy squirrels. they love to hang upside down.
I love my upside down world! Now where's my doggie friends to help with my cardio work?
Keep working out Scrappy so you can fit in the hole and not have to hang upside down! (Gives me a head rush looking at him, lol!)
Looks like he had an easy winter. Fatso!
What a fun creature. Wish I could do that.
I think there was a time when I could do that ... :-)
oh, good grief!
Lol...I'm still chuckling over your title. :)
I wonder if he has a rowing machine at home, too! ;)
Amazing critters that can eat upside down!
The muscles do stand out. Maybe I should try that.
He has some nice curves...the right sort of curves.
You are so right - I have never ever seen a fat out of shape squirrel. lol sandie
They never give up!
The little thief looks so funny upside down!
When I worked at UCLA, there were pine trees outside my window -- full of squirrels. Often they made it difficult to concentrate on work.
Oh gosh, what a riot! Building those squirrely muscles!!
I never tire of looking at their antics, wish I had their agility.
THat is just too cute. lol
He's developed a great workout program, hasn't he???
Squirrels are sure tenacious. But Wow! Look at all those butterflies from your last post.
Time to call Squirrelbusters.
We have tried our best to keep squirrels out of the feeders, but they indeed are so athletic and acrobatic that it is hopeless. They are admirable for their persistence, I must say !
So absolutely adorable! Brings back memories of squirrels I used to watch run up and down the twin oak tree outside my bedroom window when I was a girl in Richmond Virginia!!Thanks for this!Blessings!Ann
Hahahaha what a great series of photos, and I love the title of the post!
Even stretched out like he is, you can see a nicely rounded tummy. Apparently, he's quite good at what he does. :)
Too funny and so true! These photos are so cute! You know I love these little critters! It's all about survival for all wildlife and I can't seem to get angry with any of them! I have watched squirrels and birds for hours and I love every minute of it!
Love his style!! :)
I'm so behind on my readings ... this one just makes me laugh! Surely you must work for Hallmark!(Personally, she's looking pregnant! but don't mention it in case I'm wrong!)
Hello. Nice photos and bloggsite. /Dan. http://kvistabo.blogspot.se/
I think i must be a squirrel in human form... cool PhotosShaun Valleys ShutterBug
Hello Theresa,These shots are really amazing!! It's so funny to see hanging this hungry squirrel. Very good shots!!Much greetings,Marco
And upside down, too! That's a new one...did anyone tell Suzanne Somers? Cute lil squirrel, even if they are pests!
You make me laugh, and so does the squirrel.
I wish I could do that! Not stuff my face full of sunflower seeds but hang by my toes upside down and do crunches like that!
Chunky squirrel looks like he needs to get that much exercise while eating! LOL
That is one unbelievably talented being!
Laughing! What pretty markings this guy has.I wish I could eat upside down. It seems like it would be less fattening.
What a little stinker he is! Must have the best thighs in town!
I've seen plenty of squirrel photos before but none quite like these - they really made me smile!
Eye, another gymnist on the feeder...I love that feeder with the antic holes inside. Ever since you told me where you got it, I've been watching but never to find one :(Great Squirrely picsBlessYourHeart
Squirrels are among my most favourite people. :)
They're so funny! I remember watching a squirrel on our birdfeeder with our oldest grandson, then about 3 (that's over a quarter of a century ago). -- I can still hear him laughing uproariously at the squirrel's antics and saying "Grandma that's not a squirrel, that's a pig!"
Haha! absolutely fantastic to see...
That guys got some strength!!! Look at those powerful thighs!! Why haven't they ever made a superhero called, "The Squirrel". An acrobat turned vigilante?:)
That is one amazing little squirrel!!
Now, I am certainly not one to talk but it looks like the little guy could use a little ab workout. Maybe it's just the camera angle but his little belly is bulging.
WoW...he's got some grip!!
He thinks you hung the feeder upside down on purpose but he's not letting it slow him down.
HAH, while they are real pains at times, they are really cute! We've picked up a cute little rabbit that lives in our bushes and well, that son of a gun is eating my lilies...URGH!
Ok, I'm just going to say it... they must be 100% muscle, bet folks that eat them have to cook the hell out of them in a crock pot:@)
Okay second time is the charm, I wrote a comment today and my computer decided to turn off right then. If I could eat like that and use my thigh muscles while standing on my head, man would I be in tip top shape. I maybe should have my husband put an exercise bar in the dining room. :)
These little guys sure hang on well !
He's like a Cliffhanger!
He is determined!!!
Wow what a workout:)
One fat little squirrel!
It does look like you are feeding the squirrels a bit too well.
It seems he is serious about staying in good shape. :-)
Makes me smile :)www.1sthappyfamily.com
Your little guy cracks me up every time I see him!
Only the best fit get the bird seed.
Good stunt series by the squirrel!
They are natural acrobats, I love to watch the crazy poses they do when trying to get food. Great photos of this little clown.
What an acrobat... great photos. Beautiful detail.Lou
How much fun do you have with these guys! Food stealing tree rats they may be, but they are still good value!Stewart M - Australia
Squirrels, they'll just do anything for some seeds and nuts!
that's pretty funny ..
He's so photogenic!!
Oh my - I love your squirrel shots! Delightful beyond words.
Where can I buy this Thighmaster/Ab Blaster? Mine seem to have expanded more over vacation
No wonder they are so fit (and hungry all the time).
cirque du soleil, have we got an act for you...get right on it and I think you got a money maker there... ;)
These are great! That guy would be great entertainment to have out in the yard.
I wonder if that would work for my thighs? As always, your little stinkers are the best entertainment!
LOL! What a cute title. Squirrels never cease to amaze. They're comedians, acrobats, and now gym rats. :)
I actually saw a squirrel while I was in San Fran.. And thought of you! Crazy squirrels.
LOL! Goofy rats! They never fail to entertain and amuse!
Squirrels are so much fun to watch...
Now there's a toned up varmint, 'er squirrel.
