This series of photos are so cute and funny! The bunting looked like he was ignoring the cardinal!

I have lots of red tail hawks invading my bird feeders!! How do I deter them? I would feel bad if I don't put out bird feed, but it is like bait for the hawks.. The hawks are so beautiful, just not by my birdfeeders!

And a very dissatisfied customer. Would Mr./Ms. Cardinal rather have a fly or mouse? :-) Just reading a book set in early 1900s where one of the jobs of the help was to make sure there were no dead mice in the guest bathtubs!

The interplay between the two birds makes a fabulous sequence. They are such pretty birds too. I can't the fact the one didn't fly must mean they are no threat to each other. Fine shooting.

This is a most wonderful series of pics, Tex! I love them all but the ones where the cardinal is looking very rudely at the bunting is sooo funny! (Not to the cardinal, of course!)

Cheers,
