More Roadrunner

Looked out the deck windows one September day to see our roadrunner pal, "Skinny Chicken", perched on one of the birdbaths.

I ran to my office window to get a clearer line of vision. Took too many photos. I'll shut up now and let you enjoy this character.

You know, mi amiga, If it wasn't for you sharing with us this array of wondrous backyard landscape of yours, people like me would not have this enlightened experience. For this I say, muchas gracias.
Because of your sharing people like me learn to live outside the self.

Have a beautiful day!!!

If it were possible, I would have tried to nudge the bird so that it'd fall flat on its face in the water. I'm just nice that way.
