Reflections of the View I Love

Winter around the pond. I love the blues and browns of winter.

Yes, great shades and hues of muted colors. Winter around our ponds are usually white on white with a shade of ice blue here and there!

Your blues and browns are lovely. I would agree with you, they are lovely colors in winter. The colors of my daughter's after Christmas and before New Year's wedding some years ago were blue and brown.

I understand how you love this view as I love gazing at our pond, too. Right now it's pretty much all white except for the cedar trees on one side. Beautiful reflection shots!

Your blues and browns, doubled by the reflection in the water, are actually quite colorful compared to the dull gray of sky and landscape that we're currently experiencing. These are very pretty and serene.
