Great pictures! I didn't realize you got snow there.... sounds like it's as sporadic as ours here in southeast Virginia!Have a good weekend!
Yep it can still happen in March it did 51 years ago when I was born
Oh I love the third photo with the barn. Your winter is why so many Canadians go there to visit you:)Your house is so pretty.Have a nice weekend Tex. Hug B
Look! You have more windows in your house when it snows than when it doesn't! That's A-MAZE-ING!
Lindas tuas fotos,SEMPRE! beijos,tudo de bom,chica
Great colors, love the sunset harmonies! fantastic
If you don't like the weather in Texas, you only need to wait a few hours... ;) blessings ~ tanna
San Antonio can get 10 inches of snow, and we won't see a flake, and they are SOUTH of us! Disgusting. It's like there is a little blanket just keeping snow away from this area. Once in a blue moon, we might get something like you got earlier this year. Now, I don't remember how many years ago....maybe 5 or 6...on my son's birthday (April 4), it snowed about 3 or 4 inches here. My son in law was in Colorado at the time and they didn't get a bit of snow. Crazy! Beautiful pictures of the sky!!
How cool is that snow on Christmas day and the icicles hanging from the eves. Love your round house.
Great pictures, I love the sky pictures. We haven't had that much snow over here either this past winter, but more rain though.
Morning, love the sunset pictures, beautiful colors.......Pretty dusting of snow on Christmas, love your sweet home......Blessings Francine.
Very dramatic sky photos. Snow? Be careful what you wish for!!
Well, unless you have to drive in it 10" of snow would be good for the land...
At least you had a white Christmas... sort of! *haha*Your home is SO COOL....And we have had blizzards in March, too! (1993) *YIKES*
I have only been to TX once. What I loved the most was the sky. Thanks for the memory.
Your home is so lovely! Oh, I hope we don't get a March/April blizzard this year!
As Cuba Gooding famously said, "Well boo fu*kin hoo". LOL. I cannot muster the slightest pity for your two dustings.
Beautiful skies and home! I'm wishing I could do a winter recap - but the snow is falling right now and I need to get out and shovel.
That was a beautiful sunset. I'm ready to say good-bye snow hello sunshine and longer days!
The Ranch sees a variety of many things and events!
Your photos are stunning but, as always, I get caught up in admiring your house...and the Great Scot, who was peeking over my shoulder...fell in love with it.
Tak mało śniegu mogłabym mieć każdej zimy, bo nie przepadam za nią. Pozdrawiam serdecznie. So little snow every winter I could have, because I do not like it. Yours sincerely.
Beautiful "celestial images" and beautiful snow pictures. Did not actually falling snow where you live :) Hanne Bente
Your deck is just perfect for all the wildlife pictures you take. You look almost in the water.LOVE your home. One year in March we had eighteen inches of snow...an unheard of amount in my lifetime.Wishing you spring flower and lots of moisture...just not in snow form.
Very nice pictures Teresa.....i like them all very much.Greetings, Joop
Beautiful December sky! I think you got just the right amount of snow. Now you just need some rain!!
Winter photos are lovely.Everything is clean and white. It looks great.Have a nice day on the occasion of Women's Day.I send greetings.Lucia
Texas has been in a drought situation for awhile now, and that snow in March might be a cool thing! I'm not wishing it on you, though. :-)
Only this morning , when I was speaking to my sister in the UK, did she remind me that when she was a child it sometimes snowed in june in the UK:I dont know what has happened to our spring..well,still a couple weeks away, but its not stopped raining for days. Its diluvial rain. My garden is like a lake. Its windy and cold. The two photos of your lovely house!.. did you change the colour!weather's gone crazy T
LOVE the sky photos! Very nice. I see your house changed colors - and not just from the snow! I actually like both the green and brown.
Amazing & incredibly beautiful images. Happy Women's Day TWG.
Dat zou zomaar nog kunnen hoor.
Three years ago we had the warmest Christmas followed by a shed load of snow at Easter. We were mucking out on Easter Sunday singing Christmas songs. LOL. Have a fabulous Friday.Best wishes Molly
I love your house!
I love your home and I really love the new color!!! sandie
No blizzard this time...but we've already got 7 and expecting another 4 ...it still is BEAUTIFUL, T!...:)JP
That's some crazy weather! Almost as bad as the UK :P
It's so nice to reflect on the past and on the changes...so nice that you have this beautiful visual record...Snow in Texas in March...In Maine it snowed this morning, but it's a small wet snow...
the sky is fantastic. you can keep all the snow, but it is pretty. i do so love your house. is the top part just to let light in? or can you get up there to see out? your home just fascinates me...
What a show in the sky for Christmas Eve....Love the shot of your home with all the snow; just beautiful.....Have a great weekend....
snow happening here right now in the big icy apple
i love your home and your deck looks so inviting!love also the beautiful orange/red of your sunsets.
I love the sunsets... I can't imagine snow in Texas, not until now anyway.
That sky is gorgeous! Really nice color! It's weird seeing a photo of that much snow in TX. I don't remember the last time we had snow over 5-6 inches at one time.
I'll take the dusting I think ;-)
I like your house, its cool. Gorgeous sunset pics BTW.Felicia
No need for Christmas lights with a sky like that!
Nice shots....it's snowing like crazy here, March?
I loved the snow covered house of yours! Simple beautiful Tex :)The sky shots are fabulous
Beautiful sky shots! And you live in a round house - wonderful!
Strange to see TexWis land with snow . . . but I like the look, I won't wish a March snow for you though . . .
Beautiful sky! I had no idea you had 10" of snow at one time there! I learned something new today,.
I thought you caught some birds going to roost or maybe a few bats in the sunset photos but no, I need to clean the screen on my computer. I like the dusting of snow pictures. But then the Big Snow one is something else all together. Pretty.
Gorgeous skies and a glorious way to end any day!! That's a lot of snow, too!!
Those sunset photos are amazingly good! Wow. Your cell phone does an awesome job. Enjoyed the photos of the snow. I miss that living in Dallas, even if it didn't snow every year. I do remember getting a good dose in April one year.
Great sunset images and you have a beautiful home.
I love that house shape. We had a snowfall on Christmas Day.
What a great way to close a day, beautiful. We had a white Christmas this past year. Can't remember last time that happened.
What a pretty and gentle looking sunset. Bet waking up to snow the next morning was a bit of a surprise! But fun that you got a white Christmas (just enough to be festive, not enough to have to shovel!) But your place is pretty in the shovel-worthy snow - that was an impressive amount for your neck of the woods!
Gorgeous skies Tex, the 10" of snow is so beautiful but I think I would prefer the dusting instead. Have a great weekend!Jen
Ah! The changing looks of the seasons. Even in Texas. And beautiful sunsets
So ya painted yer house, eh?Aloha, Tex
Hi Tex, Thanks for sharing the photos again. They are all good enough to be viewed many more times yet! :-) Stay warm and have a good weekend. John
You had that much snow in Texas?? Wow! Love how you can see the beautiful sunsets without interference from rooftops and utility lines. ;-)
Beautiful skies! Happy sky watching. My sky.
How nice and pretty the snow looks. It would be so nice to have snow like that sometime. I bet things are starting to get green now.
Beautiful Christmas Eve sunset! I love the photo of your house in the snow.
Thats about how we have snowfall here. Some winters none--like this year and some bunches at once. It's ok though. I think I would prefer none at all. MB
The sunset photos are gorgeous and I love seeing your house...looks so pretty in the snow!
A very good picture record of previous winter behavior. The weather here was very unusual with about half the normal snowfall. There was adequate snow up in the mountains so no one seemed to complain at a high percentage of bare (good driving) roads all winter.
I imagine your snow doesn't last very long there. It usually goes pretty fast here, too, but this week we kept it around for a few days.
the ranch looks beautiful, covered in snow and pretty icicles!!really gorgeous pictures of the sky with that brush stroke feel!!we have more then 5 inches of snow on the ground and i have taken 200 pictures so far. i won't be getting any work done today!!
Yep, winter's not over 'til it's over--whenever that it is.
Your skies are spectacular.Snow is great but not when it sticks around too long like ours does. JB
We are having another dusting as I write - it's been snowing all morning, but thankfully, it's only accumulating on the grass. Your house is so cool and the snow really makes it pop.
I remember the year of the Super Bowl at Cowboys Stadium - lots of snow that February. I'm having trouble remembering Christmas Eve, but Christmas Day was wonderful. Your pictures are great. Happpy Friday!
Snow is good, right?
Beautiful sunset! We may get snow againg tonight or maybe just rain.I really do like the new color of your house! :)
Gorgeous sky shots!I love love all the windows in your house.
Love your sweet home. How pretty it looks all about. Pretty with the snow also from last year.
To the weather standards where I live, that is DARN cold!
I love the look of your house and I've enjoyed this latest series of photos. Beautiful colors in the sky. Have a great weekend :)
I always enjoy seeing photos of your house. I'm tired of snow - we still have some on the ground here, but hopefully the weatherman's prediction of 60 degrees tomorrow will take care of the rest what's left on the ground:)
Glorious skies.I do not want to discuss snow
Your house is soooo interesting!.. love the design! Some day I'm hoping to talk you into a virtual tour..lol... yes, I know, I know.
A little bit of snow, lol.
T, nice recap! Hope the snow is done for the year. Hope it is here too!
Your yard looks pretty all blanketed with snow! love the colors in those gorgeous sunsets also!!
I like your house, howcome you built it like that? You are lucky to not have a lot of snow during your winter.Have a great weekend!
Your winter skies are gorgeous. From the looks of your last shot you have had more snow than we have had all winter and I'm way north of you.
Just look at that big beautiful sky. Gorgeous shots my friend. Hugs~
Beautiful skies and deck!
Great pictures Tex!I love the sky pictures!!We don't have any snow here!!Have a lovely weekend!Dimi..
10" of snow? Yikes! Bet that was exciting for you guys though. I could deal with no snow at all. But we usually get some here in MO. We tend to get more ice than snow which is no fun at all!
Very pretty and quite the variety of weather.
Your sky shots are beautiful, Tex! The snow seems to be pretty wide spread this year. I am waiting to see Florida have some too. Have a great weekend!
I love the icicles in the last photo! Great pics, Theresa!Roxanne sends you kisses!!
I really love your sky shots - gorgeous colour in that sunset. And, doesn't the snow make everything look pretty? :)
Cool pics, I love the Christmas Eve sky! They said we'd have a dusting today and got 4-5 inches! 'Sup with these weather people??? Happy Weekend:@)
What a beautiful Christmas Eve sky!
wow, 10 inches in one snowfall is aLOT for you. That must have stopped everything dead in it's tracks for awhile. Beautiful sunset images!!
Great that you showed your snow so that I don't have to ask and embarrass myself.
Amazingly beautiful snow scene!
I enjoy seeing your home, it is really lovely and with the added touch of snow, always very pretty!
You sure live in a picturesque spot T. Lovely. What is in the upper part of your home? Just curious. xo
I'll trade you that lovely sunset for our foot or so of snow!
Love the snow shot!
Dearest Theresa,Lovely shots from the Christmas Eve sky! And now I see your deck that is going out towards the pond... No wonder you can shoot those great photos from your water fowl and other birds. Great home for observing nature. You got quite a load of snow that time. This year we have not seen a single flake... But that varies.May I ask you what kind of roofing you got on your home? We're in the process of renewing ours. It looks shiny but that's maybe because of he dusting of snow.Hugs to you,Mariette
Wow, I love the snow pictures! Did the blizzard just happen this year? It's raining here tonight. I'm sure it's snowing in the mountains, which is good because we will need the water this summer. The evening pictures are so peaceful and pretty!
Your house looks pretty in the snow. We've gotten some of our worst snowstorms in March, too. The Christmas eve sky was pretty, glad you captured it.
Beautiful captures of sunset!
I enjoyed getting a closer look at your house and deck. It's so different. I think you need to post pictures of the interior now. :)
Love the look of your house buried under the snow!!
such a contrast between Christmas Eve and Christmas day. Love the skies on the eve...
Beautiful sunsets and the snow looks so serene and peaceful. Love your home, it's unique like you. Believe it or not we don't get much snow here in WA either. We only had one good snow fall and a couple of dustings this year. But....we get plenty of rain!
Hi!!!. Lovely pictures of this beautiful place.. Love it..
Good idea the two different shots :))A kiss.
This is beautiful. I could look at your photos all day!
I recognize that white stuff. I'm glad it's going away and I hope we don't get any more until next winter!
Beautiful, big sky shots! Your house is so cool! I'm curious about the inside...love that large deck too!
Beautiful photos. You have a beautiful house.
Your skies are magnificent!
Based on all of the photos I have seen since following you, I was sure it never snowed in Texas!!!
Love your house dressed in snow! I think we have less and less snow each year.
