Oh those paintings are intriguing- I don't always find all of them, but I have sure tried. Your horses look like they are having fun romping in the trees.

That first image of Zim is perfect. He looks like a horse on a mission, walking with purpose.

Horses seem to need to be active. Maybe it's because of bugs? You've caught them having fun.

You came close to Bev Dolittle but hers didn't have two beauties like Zim and Gem. I'm still kicking myself for not buying one of her works when I had the chance, she wasn't that famous yet and the price was reasonable.

Awesome shots reminds of Tickle he got into the garden I never clean it up until spring so the birds have a place to huddle up. He pushed his chunky little body through an opening between the gate and fence. Pics over on my doggie blog. Hope you have a great holiday. Merry Christmas

I love the photos of the horses through the trees! Lovely.

Karen S. said...

It's a horse of course! I just had to say it! From good old Mr. Ed! Great photos!

Furry Bottoms said...

So sturdy and strong, So steady and with a purpose... Zim goes to fetch Gem, for Gem has a tendency to get into mischief and has a need to be rescued on occasion. Zim is more than happy to fetch Gem all the way back home where there is food aplenty and water to drink and a safe place to sleep at night. Zim and Gem, horses, of course.

Brian King said...

They do blend in quite well! I'm not accustomed to seeing horses through trees.
