Ah, the squirrel sage. 'limb-itations', nice! Here's something to ponder: if everything is bigger in Texas, then why are our squirrels and trees larger here in 'lil-o-Indiana'? Ask the philosopher squrril

The squirrels are a contact sources of interesting action. I have the same squirrels who get a peanut and then chew it in a favorite spot: one on a his special limb half way up the tree, another by the base of a large tree, a few get a nut and run away.

Nadine said...

I love watching the squirrels jumping from tree to tree in my yard and also them teasing my cats! Lovely photos.

I saw a programme on tv the other day.. it called Duck Dynasty. i watch it sometimes..as i have never seen anything like it.
and do you know.. They killed a squirrel and bbq'd it.. i was sick.
hill billies i think. but it could be a delicacy.
I love to see the ones that come to visit you.

Hi Theresa, I learned something unusual about Grey Squirrels the other day. I actually heard a Grey Squirrel, a young one, bark! Sounded like a small breed of dog (Yorki, Chihuahua). Interesting to hear and see. Your squirrels are really cute! Have a pleasant Tuesday tomorrow!
