LOL!!! A food coma...what a guy! ...:)JP
I laughed right out loud at these pictures, Tex. He's definitely a well-endowed bubba! :-)
No doubt he's popular with the ladies:@)Just got my electric back, it's been out since Wed... ugh.
The food coma picture could also be a "shame" photos. "Did I eat all that?"
My gosh- that little guy is such a hoggie hog!
He can't believe he ate the whole thing!
I have never seen a squirrel around here with a black penis. It must be the variety. We have Eastern Gray Squirrels and they all have a reddish penis. A lot of people online call these things a "willy"so you could substitute that for the word penis if you wish.
He certainly looks cute holding his food up.Greetings,Filip
hij heeft het heel goed naar zijn zin.
Oh I want that boy and I would call him Rue ;) He is wonderful and he got that notch from a fellow, or gal Squirrel, they do that... I have been missing in action, power surges following the ice storm, using my laptop which has battery power if power goes off and use of desk top limited. The other day I was sharing some images and summaries that I help administer for a photo group on Facebook, worked so hard and the power went off, before I could save it. It came back on within 10 minutes and I was so mad. We have an inch or more of ice covering everything and trees snapped all over the place. I will be sharing hopefully tomorrow. My Google dilemma still is just that, and I will have to upload my images differently than I have for going on 5 years and still no sound solutions...several others complained of same problems!Happy weekend my friend.Give that boy a yam sliced thin and tell him it was from me ;)
Bubba the squirrel is a cutie! I think the squirrel doctors would have told him he needed to slim down anyway. Great shots! Thank for sharing on Saturday's Critters. Have a happy weekend!
Oh my! That little critter looks like he will make it through a long cold winter. ;)xo Catherine
Looks like me during Thanksgiving!!
He was a bit pudgy, wasn't he?
Looks like a food coma to me!!!!!
Maybe a good thing big Bubba slimmed down :) love the color of his tummy, Blessings Francine.
What a sweet creature. Bubba is so cute and pretty.Have a nice weekend :)
He doesn't look starved at all. his tummy has a nice colour.
Wow, grossartig, das ist eine wunderschöne Fotoserie...Liebe Grüsse aus der Schweiz, Hans-Peter
LOL falling into a food coma. My he is a roly poly. Have a super Saturday.Best wishes Molly
Slimmed down? You certainly know your family of critters.
Bubba sure has got that roily poly thing going on. Picture five says it all, "whatz you lookin' at me for" and then slips into his "food coma" in the next pic. I wonder what diet plan he went on . . .
Slimmed down?! lol He look extra healthy!
Bubba is a cute, well-nourished little fella!
HI Tex Well all these shots made me smile. He certainly is a cutie and NOT thin!! Love the 'coma' shot!
He's got a lovely red tummy, which makes him different than our squirrels.
"Food coma"....I hope that I shall never fall into this situation.
Great photos of this squirrel. He is a bit thick, I think he can find a lot of food.
Still looks petty plump to me!
Can't look at this series and not smile. He did look as if he might tip over in the "coma" shot. Cute.
He's not a picky eater.
his jolly jaws look ready to pop. he must have known it would be a cold winter...
You gotta love a guy who will eat whatever you put in front of him. He doesn't appear picky at all!
He really has slimmed down, but he's still really cute, to see him like this! It's when they get themselves into places that they really shouldn't....that's where the trouble begins! He's got that love me look to him though.
Bubba Squirrel is so darned cute. I love his fat cheeks.
He really is a beautiful squirrel. He looks really strong and very sure of himself.Such great close ups of him Tex.
Bubba! What a character! He does have the prettiest orange underbelly.
These might be your best ones yet. I really like all of them, from the colors, light to the subject. So cute and adorable! :)MersadMersad Donko Photography
Your photos are entertaining, but the comments are even more so :)
Good grief! That's just embarrassing! LOL
Scamper Rats?? !! LOVE it, and it fits them perfectly!
Uhhh! Nice set......Of pics that is!
He's looking pretty pudgy there.
A fine series of this over weight squirrel. He's a great looking fellow. The extra fat probably served him well in the cold weather.
You fed him well, and he is a willing model for you too :-)
He is a Bubba for sure, love, love these photos you took of him. You are sending me out with a smile. Thank you :)
He's such a cutie!
I'm glad he's slimmed down a little! The best bit is that after all the funny photos and the interesting comments, there's an ad at the end of your page for "squirrel removal"!!
No wonder he's been a little overweight with all that seed to see him through the hard times.
I will be at war with the squirrel when my peach tree starts bearing. They like to take bites of them before they are even ripe!Blessings,Lorilee
Great photos. He appears to enjoy spending time with you.Lou
He is such a cute little bugger!! It has been SO cold and snowy I haven't even had a glance at my two "nutty" friends!
Łakomczuch jest z tej ślicznej wiewiórki. Pozdrawiam.Glutton is of the lovely squirrels. Yours.
What a porker. He needs some exercise. Call in the hounds.
Glad to read he has slimmed down. He could break down a branch or roll right off!
LOL, he's the fattest one I've ever seen!
while writing this comment I'm looking out a window in my study and a relative of your squirrel is playing, hanging from one of my bird feeders. It's not quite as plump as yours but will soon be if he eats all the seed.have a wonderful weekend, mi amiga.
He is adorable!! great photos :))
I think that little 'pork chop' needs some low-fat seeds!!!!
hehe...i know all about food comas!!what a cutie, ours don't have those rusty under carriages!!and i FINALLY got your blog to load. i know i need a new computer, but i have such an unhealthy relationship with this one.have a fun day!!
Bubba needs to wear pants, hahaha.Have a great weekend.Hugs,JB

Yes , nice pictures , I like that squirrel !
Ha ha, scamper rat... Love it!
They seems to be more fatter every time they munch away, lovely naturally.
Such a chubby cute customer! I would much rather see them well covered like Bubba, than skinny.
I guess Bubba knew it was going to be a cold weather and he was packing on the weight to get ready. He is a chubby little cutie.
I guess they bulk up like that to make it thru the lean winters. Wonderful captures!
Great photos of the squirrel Tex!!He's so cute!Wish you a happy weekend!Dimi...

Well he was just stocking up for a long cold winter to come. (Don't know what our excuse is here!)
What a gut, he is very qute!
Oh gosh, I hadn't seen Bubba before. Glad he's slimming down a little. It should be healthier for his heart :)
They will eat a lot! In fact, they will hog the food from the other critters if given the chance, They are cute, though!

O Bubba--what a porker. Do you remember that oldie song called 'Roly Poly' I loved it as a child.'Roly PolyDaddy's little fatty.Someday you will grow upto be a man'In this case Squirrel.MB
These characters can be very cheeky.
Adorable little guy!
Mercy me that fella needs a pair of running shoes! Well ok he will need two pair I guess.. but never the less! LOLGuess what we have out at the pond for the first time, Ducks!!! Yep we have ducks this year!
He is rather chubby. Hmmmm I wonder if squirrels die of heart attacks.
A star has been born!
He is a cutie really. I guess not only people have trouble pushing away from the table!Lindahttp://coloradofarmlife.wordpress.com
He reminds me of the song "Roly Poly" Daddy's little fatty. He eats everything from soup to hay. Oh never mind, I'll be singing that until I go to bed.
he's a dandy!
Dearest Theresa,He WAS fat; my goodness how he looked in November. The color of your squirrels is so much prettier than our gray ones with their white bellies.Love that kind of orange belly.Happy Sunday to you.Hugs,Mariette
has got it made at your place Theresa
He is so incredibly cute! I love his little "hands" grabbing the food. :-)
Had to laugh. Your roly-poly scamper rat has man-boobs! :)
I also had to laugh when I read this post--He's a big boy, and I guess he knew he needed extra for the winter--You'll have to post a picture of his new boyish figure!
What a STUD!
Hi Theresa, Wow! Bubba is an eating machine. Good that he has slimmed down a bit. I sure do like squirrels! Have a great Sunday tomorrow!
I love bubba squirrel. Big guy:)
Tex your photos are so clear and well shot and what an adorable subject you have. You're right, a real roly poly but stocking up for winter I'd imagine. Have a wonderful and blessed Sunday! Cheers.
Really stunning pictures. But then I have come to expect no less!
A really beautiful set of shots of him.
Beautiful series of photographs of him! I believe he has gotten bigger since the last time you posted pictures! :-)
Why do they have to be so dang cute?! Love the food coma shot. lol
Last dose!! Say it isn't so!! Love that Bubba! :)
Haha, food coma, that makes me laugh! This is one of the best fed Squirrels on the planet!
Seems Bubba knew he needed to bulk up for this winter. He is a pudgy one. LOL at food coma and crumbs.
"Scamper rat" snickerlove him!ALOHA from HonoluluComfort Spiral =^..^=
Dearest Theresa;OMG; what a CUTE fatty squirrel last year and how magical (for me, haha) you can identify the one from others♡♡♡ Wonder how slim it got p;)And I also had a lovely smile the way you said "falling into a food coma"(*^_^*)PS>Right after I posted about Kannon, I got a little out of shape (intestines) and pushed myself to see Hina-maturi as we scheduled. Luckily got better and came back form father's service this afternoon. Thank you very much for the sweet hearty comment♡♡♡Sending you lots of love and hugs from Japan to my American photographer friend, xoxo Miyako*
food coma, lol! he's so incredibly cute!
That friendly Squirrel ... Very good catch!!!
He is just too cute for words!
Awewwwww just awwwwwww geeee!!!!!!
He reminds me of my Hemingway.
Is that his manhood showing? That little rascal! Would you believe since I trapped and carted off 11 squirrels I haven't seen one in our yard since Thanksgiving. And we live in the middle of the woods!
that is one pudgy looking squirrel! Also, VERY darn cute...
Squirrels usually can jump/fly from branches to branches in adjoining trees. It makes you wonder if this one was quite as agile.
He just has the prettiest fur! Great photos of him!
Really great these beautiful pictures of the squirrel. What one cute little animal is it :-)
I haven't seen any squirrles this winter. Thanks for sharing Bubba. Everyone around here has thinned down this winter.
I love your Bubba! I have two skinnies and one roly poly in my tree. ;)
Look at those cheeks! ~Lindy
I love Bubba!!
