Whistlers on Wednesday 77

Lunch line.

 Recess afterwards - looks like Ring-Around-The-Rosy.
(For some reason, this photo disappeared from the post AFTER it was published. I added it back. Weird!)

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Passing along a message from Jo, Stella and Zkhat of Jo's World.
Those of you who know Jo probably noticed she's been missing from Blogland.
She is well, just had her computer crash, got a new laptop and is trying to work the kinks out of
Windows 8.1 and Microsoft. She's having conflicts trying to get into her own blog to do a post.
In the meantime, she wanted to let you know she is fine, but that she lost all of her contact info
so if you want to drop her an email to reconnect, please do so.
(And if you don't have her email, I can send it to you.)
I never tire of seeing these guys. I think I have Jo's email, but don't want to list it here...could you send it to me again to make sure I have the right one? I wondered what happened to her. If it's the same Jo, she emailed me and asked for my permission to use my Abandoned School and Poem on a quilt she was making.
I just got a new home computer on Monday with windows 8 on it. OH BOY. It is completely different, so I understand your friend's difficulty in picking through the kinks. Not funny. I miss the old normal Windows.
Your description of "recess" IS similar to my post title today. Ha! Great minds... I think that's my favorite shot of the bunch because they do seem to be playing a game. Your whistlers have so much personality and your captures of them enjoying your ranch are amazing.
Dearest Theresa,
What a happy critters around lunch time!
You obviously had some rain too as it looks so lush and green.
We get almost daily thunderstorms with lots of rain... Too dark to do some finer sewing work. But good for the garden.
Hugs,
Mariette
And I thought it is very kind of you to pass around the message. My cousin bought the same version a month ago, and said that she's had very hard time to get used to.
Sending you lots of love and hugs from Japan to my American photographer friend Theresa, xoxo Miyako*
