Gotta love it!!! GREAT caption/blog post title.
Morning Tex great shot and timing. Hug B
A rather dangerous place for a grasshopper, don't you think? :-)
A great shot of an odd pair!
A metal bird would be such a cool ally for a grasshopper. Those other birds wouldn't dare mess with him!
Great photo! Brought a smile to my face.
now that is one fresh/hip to the jive - grasshopper. what a cool dude. ( :
Oh my tiny little guy at the watering hole . cute capture ! Hope you have a Happy Thanksgiving .
Miss Grasshopper better be glad that is a statue she is talking to or she might just be LUNCH

Nice picture, I love that pretty Grasshopper !!
I can't imagine how you managed to capture that little grasshopper on the bird bath. He looks like he is changing color with the fall.
The grasshopper is lucky he didn't get "picked up"! LOL!
Cute little grasshopper. Hope he jumps off before the birds come back. :-)
Loved it! Thanks for the smile . . .
I like it! Wishing you a fine weekend ahead!
LOL...At least he won't get eaten.
Awww, what a cutie :-)
Even grasshoppers know the real thing. No dummy.
Very precious, when seen like this! Hehehe, hate it when they're attacking my garden goodies! But surprisingly, just a couple weeks ago during a warmer spell here I found a live grasshopper (just barely) but he was holding on tight to a rather dried up plant!
Just hangin' out at the old watering hole!
This is an "endangered" species.
"Only when I'm stoned."
"Aren't you a sight for sore eyes!"~
Oh what a wonderful capture! Thanks for sharing. Greetings Jo

Love it...it is so rare for me to see a grasshopper anymore...I don't know where they all went!
Fantastic shot... absolutely cool...
The cricket looks like the pool boy, here to do a bit of pool maintenance.
T, ever a lonely Grasshopper needs lovin!
Nice shot. We had so many grasshoppers this summer/fall, I couldn't take a picture in the pasture without them.
Wouldnt't he be surprised if the reflective grasshopper took him up on his pick up line. Lucky for him the bird isn't real or he would be the one being picked up. I often see insects drinking out of my birdbath, but we don't have many grasshoppers so this is a first. Fun post, Theresa ...Andrea @ From The Sol
That's a good pick up line..wonder how long he'll wait for a response? LOL!
