The whistler perched on the feeder - looks terrific !
Morning Tex ....oh "a little happy a little goofy" just the way I love my life too. Love the Whistlers HUG BSo word verification sneaked in didn't it:)
They are goofy but also so lovable!
The lighting is perfect today for the Whistlers.I see that you too have the nasty word verification. Seems while I'm perusing blogs today, it's the comment forms that are pop up...the embedded forms aren't inflicted in the glitch.
I'll take "a little goofy, a little happy" any day!
He does appear to be smiling in the last one.
There we go :)I love the smiling one, made me smile too :))Have a fine day【ツ】Knipsa
Enjoying life's simple pleasures. :-)
This bird is thinking, "Are you taking my picture?"

Whistlers are wonderful!
Love those expressions! x
For more than a hundred posts I have grown to know and love these goofy birds. All of them. BTW, I changed my comments to be embedded into the page, and the WV box went away. I remember I changed from embedded, though, because some Wordpress people couldn't post comments. We'll see if anyone complains. :-)
Love seeing your Whistlers, they are wonderful!PS: Blogger has now with some troube with word verification...Like you, I don't like to "Show word verification" on comments, so I choose NO, on Settings, but the Blogger don't save my settings NO. Do you have any clue for that? Many blogs friends are talking about it. Thanks!
Love these shots. Such a pretty bird with the tip of the beck like it was dipped in paint.Hugs

Jeepers! Do you wait all day for these visits?
He does look pretty happy!!! And I love that speck of blue at the tip of his beak. It's probably a blue-tipped bird or something--I don't know my birds at all, if you can't tell!
Dear Tex, thank you so much for your good help on the troube of Word Verification!I did what you said and it works! I wrote your information on my comment's blog too, to help others blog friends. Thanks you again! :)
Oh my, T! These are so beautiful, they look like painting. :)xoxo

love those beaks. What color they have!
...and a little darned cute! :-)
I have to say it, go ahead and hate me, but i think those ducks deserve a fancy "store bought" feeder.
Here I was, thinking it was Tuesday, today. Your beautiful Whistlers set me straight.
That body looks far too long for those little legs. It's a careful balancing act!
Always look forward to Wednesdays Whistlers!! They are such a hoot!!
"My good fortune, I have the feeder all to myself!"
A little goofy and happy work for me, especially with a pink beak and feeties!
The whistlers definitely have a personal style like other ducks. This is a great ongoing series.
Duck looks lovely. I greet you.
He probably doesn't care about being called goofy as long as you feed him! Like me teens!
I wish someone put out free meals for ME. Wait a minute; someone does, my wife. Take care.
A little goofy and a whole lot of happy, that totally describes them!
They are the most beautiful of ducks!Lindahttp://coloradofarmlife.wordpress.com/?s=The+Adventures+of+Fuzzy+and+Boomer&submit=Search http://coloradofarmlife.wordpress.com
Silly guys! You're the queen of the Whistlers!
Beautiful blue on the end of its bill, love it.
A lotta cute! :DLindy
P.S., Your comment format change doesn't affect those of us who use OpenID, as I discovered yesterday. Apparently it is something to do with OpenID not providing a third-party cookie to Blogger. I'm still trying to figure out why there are one or two Blogger blogs I can comment on that I don't have to fill out the Captcha box. Unfortunately, they are not ones I visit with any regularity and I don't remember who they were. I'm going to be paying better attention now, though! Thanks for doing what you can to make it easier for everyone. Just thought you'd like to know about the OpenID issue.Lindy
The light and bokeh makes this Whistler pop.
Yes, he does look happy, must be the free food. Do you have a large crowd hanging out this year?
How many whistlers do you have on your farm?
Yeah!! sweet little buggers.
Love those happy goofballs, Francine.
I wonder if I will ever see a duck on my bird bath.. lol
Oh my they are pretty I must say.

Very nice. Looks like he's laughing in the 5th one, so he is happy !
I would love to have these "goofy" ducks in my yard.. I wish you could send me some.. Cute photos..
I think they are a LOT goofy .... And seeing them makes me a LOT happy! FOr some reason I can't understand I am unable to comment from my PC when the comment form is embedded. I think it might be going to spam. On my IPAD (where I am now) I can comment.
They are SO beautiful, and these photographs are great!I see that you've found the same solution to word verification as I did. If you embed the comment form, there's no word verification!
I have to laugh, he does look like a happy guy:@)
Now I'm happy too!ALOHA from HonoluluComfortSpiral <3
Gotta love that smile!....:)JP
"Top of the World, Ma!"~
Happy Wednesday, Whistlers!
And so cute!
I never saw a Whistler I didn't like.
The guy in the second last photo definitely has a smile on his face.
They are always so entertaining. Big rain tomorrow. :)
Aw, he's posed for his photo. So cute!
He is a rather smug looking weisenheimer! Kinda like, hey, look where I am! :-) Nice background!
Just looking at him makes me happy!
They are funny.
Someone should fashion clothespins that look exactly like Whistler's beaks.
They are very very cute! I look forward to Wednesdays for the Whistlers.
And a lot cute. Do the ducks eat the algae off your pond? John told me they do and I was skeptical until I did see one duck that appeared to be eating it. We have a lot of it now and the ducks have come back.
Agree with previous post, love those Whistler Wednesdays!
he looks quite happy with himself.
He is so cute!! I love it!
