They are so cute.....I don't see them often, but love it when I do!
They come around the basement sliding doors in W.V. each morning, looking for moths etc. that got attracted to the lights the night before. They have a lot of Wrenitude!~

Such a cute little bird! Thanks for your lovely comments on my blog. They always put a smile on my face. :)
He's a stout little fella!! Doesn't look like he's missed too many meals at the old bird feeder recently.
I could draw that shape, round. with a beak. :) I like its attitude too. What a nice little bird. I like the pictures of your feed store. What a nice place. Sorry about answering on both. Have a wonderful day.

The cute little Carolina Wren sure gave you some good poses for the camera. I wonder if it was expecting a fee meal. I get the Winter Wren at my bird feeders.Hugs,JB
One of my favorites to see at the feeders. If you could hug a bird this would be the one. They are so cute.
Beautiful picture of this Wren.I love the first and tenth photo.Best regards, Irma
I get the sense the birdie is thinking, I don't want to be photographed today. Hehehe! Or perhaps he's looking for a new yummy treat, or bird friends. It's only out there you know!
I see these darling little guys and gals all day long. I think they are the cutest things...it's something about their posture :)
Cute little guy, I hope to hear a few of them singing some day soon.
Awww, what a little cutie!! And what a fun start for my morning on this gray, wet day!!
Such a cutie!
I love watching wrens. They are such sweet little birds. :)
Even with 'attitude,' he modeled nicely for you! :)Lindy
I just go all giggly over little bird feet! Wrens have some tiny fierce! Great clicks Tex!
This bird is a remarkable "poser" with all those variations of peering this way and that. It must have been fun to have so physically near and hanging around long enough to get a good series.
OMG!!!! I would love to get better looks on this bird. You are so lucky to have that bird around your patio. They sure do like to move around quite a bit:)
Such a little brat turning his backside to you like that.
I had a Caorlina Wren spend a winter at my feeder a few years back. He was a long way from where he would have been normally, but I fed him meal worms and he stayed the whole winter. And you are so right ... they are adorable and fiesty little birds with a surprisingly big sounding song coming from their little bodies. Great shots, Theresa ...Andrea @ From The Sol
Podobny do naszego strzyżyka:)

Cute little singer!
Great photos of this cute bird!!
I love wrens, such a sweet little bird with quite a loud call. I was surprised how loud when I first started noticing such things. Great shots Theresa!
They make lovely neighbors when you build them the right kind of house.
Oh! This is my favorite bird on earth! I love them more than I can say. They always built a next on one of our porches when I was a kid.We could be sitting in the swing and one would be apt to land on the chain right above our head. My dad was crippled and sat out there a lot, and they got till they would land on his foot. And their song! Did you ever hear such a song from such a little body? Who could be sad when hearing them?
We get wrens up here, but don't think one of these has frequented my feeders.
Such a sweetie! The Carolina Wren is my favourite bird. I had one winter over here last year, the only one I have ever seen. Great shots Tex!
It's beautiful!Beautiful series of photos.

Sweet images of a delightful little species.
Those are some serious eyebrows!
Plucky and pretty!
Wrens always seem to be on the move. Great shots.
It is lovely and attentive observer of it. Regards.
I think he's looking for you. Listening where the shot sounds come from :) or maybe yes, playing camera shy/aloof.
Yes, the Wrens over here never keep still, great to see.peter
Afternoon, cutest little Wren ever. Such great pictures, we only have the House Wrens here.Blessings Francine.
Wrens are such fun birds to watch and hear too. Wonderful shots!
This looks like the kind we have. I like how the males court the lady by building the nests for them. Best house gets laid...in.
They look so delicate and fragile... like a kamikaze pilot maybe, lol.
T, what a pretty little thing!
Beautiful little bird!
Adorable, tough, plucky, attitude.. just the right words to describe this (beautifully photographed) little character. I would have loved to hear the song. Maybe next time :)

Lovely little bird! Very sweet :)
Oh, he is so sassy! I adore Wrens to no end. My mother once had a Wren family in a broken birdhouse that was sitting hole-up on the table on her patio. We had such fun that summer watching their antics!
Plucky Little Fella . . . (My one day delay of you makes me feel WAY behind and a bit "plucky" too!)
Una preciosidad de imagenes...un saludo desde Murcia...
Oh such a darling little wren and you captured some great shots. My hubby is able to whistle back and they answer. It's great fun to sit on the back porch and listen to their calls.
Wow! You did great capturing this little guy! Don't they just have the most beautiful song? Love them!!
I love the big voices on these little birds. You're right - they rarely sit long enough to get a photo of them!

We call this a Carolina Wren. They are squat, hoppy little birds - come to my feeder, grab and dart away. I love them.
