The birds have been trained well on the feeder.

You pretty hungry visitors again. Why does the first (close up) bird look sad? It's funny to see distinct characteristics on their faces.

i love the two field sparrows doing a balance act together.. those red wings really pop out of the black. I thought of you yesterday. I came out of WM at 7:30 and there must have been a thousand BIG black birds. maybe 10 inces tall, they were every where, lining the roof tops sitting on cars and baskets and LOUD..

Very pretty pics. We have Cardinals and Blue Birds in our back yard but my camera is not good enough to capture them. I do enjoy watching them on these gray, dreary days. Have a nice day.

How pretty that cardinal is, among the other less brilliant birds. Glad to see that broken beak still works for the blackbird. :-)

Love the blast of color on the Cardinal and Woodpecker. I just came in from cross country skiing, and I heard/saw a woodpecker drumming on a tall pine. I tried for a photo with the phone, but doubt I got much. I stood and listened/watched for a long time.
