Cardinal in the Tree Vee

Sounds better than a Cardinal in the tree crotch, but it is what it is.

A "blow your skirt up" Marilyn moment. :)

 Pretty guy.

I think I'll break from the snow photos and save any others for a hot July or August day. :)

That's a winner... Love the captions too.
Cardinals have such pretty songs too.

We're having a blizzard snow storm today with high winds. No Cardinals to be seen today.

Beautiful captures of this cardinal. I love how he's straddled between the branches. Yes, snow pictures would be cooling for a hot day in summer. We are getting the blizzard here today and it's wild. Sigh....

That tree is host to so much action! I had to go back to your recent raccoon post to make sure. I bet lots of critters pose there.

As always, super photos. Thanks for sharing these wonderful close views.

He is gorgeous, thanks so much for sharing these lovely photos. I do see cardinals occasionally, but living in a big city like Montreal I don't get to see them often. They are around, but they stay pretty well hidden, and I don't have a garden, as I live in an apartment. I have seen a couple of males in large parks but when I go to grab my camera they high tail it out. LOL! Again, thank you so much for sharing.
