we had such a frigid and harsh winter up here in the midwest that there were a few days that i didn't get out to food in the bird/squirrel feeders. they were so upset one morningn i heard a little tapping on my front door and there were a few squirrels outside, a couple had signs saying 'slum lord' the other one said 'your nuts' and one served me with papers from their squirrel court telling me of seed fines imposed upon me. well needless to say i showed up and paid my fines with extra expensive seeds. i won't forget about them anytime soon.
