They have not arrived in Marathon County Wisconsin yet - looking forward to seeing them.
What a sweet little bird. Happy Easter!
Then you have to wait a bit to see him again. Regards.
I like how you are well versed in the habits of the different birds. It's amazing how birds migrate so far each year.
Sweet birds ... nice pics. Wishing you a fine day.
Lots hang at my feeders in cold Maine winters.
Sweet peeps on this Easter morning. Happy Easter.
the black one looks like his black just slowly morphed into shades of gray.
Cute bird.I wish you a happy Easter.
they are especially pretty, sitting in the snow. it really shows off their dark colors and that soft pink beak!!!have a nice day today with the pups. don't feed them any jelly beans, i heard it gives them diarrhea!!!!;)
I didn't know they were migrating birds. There is much I don't know. In fact, I don't know anything.
Happy Easter to you, T.Sweet pictures. :)
Happy Easter to you & yours! ~xo~
So sweet.Happy Easter.Hope you and the fur babies have a good day.
I love these little guys and girls, they are very energetic and fun to watch. Happy Easter.
I always love those guys on our bird feeders ... they look like dark gray birds who dipped themselves partway into milk. Or bird-friendly paint.: )Happy Easter!
Looking forward to welcoming them up north.
This was my first year to see this little guy in my yard. Happy Easter!
I like them, although I don't get great pics of them usually. They eat what falls from the suet feeder, but never use it. There are some that stay in W.V. year round.~
Too bad they have to leave the area. But I guess that makes it all the more exciting to see them in their migrating season!!Gorgeous bird. One I've never seen here. Thanks, as always, for sharing the link today at I'd Rather B Birdin'.
Such a sweet little guy.
Cute little dark-eyed Juncos. Happy Easter to you and family.
Happy Easter, just have them visiting here now, sweet little bird.Blessings Francine.
They are lovely, yet subtle-appearing birds.

Oh I love the little Juncos! They're regulars at our feeders. Lovely photos!
I haven't seen any juncoes yet but some of them stay all winter.
Nice shots of the dark eyed juncos. They are different in coloring than the ones I saw while in Oregon. Happy weekend!
Nice shots !! excellent bird !!
Their eyes are beautiful. Very round and looks "alive" :)

ADORABLE love nuggets!ALOHA from Honolulu,ComfortSpiral =^..^=
We often see these during the snowy months here as well. Hope THOSE are over. :-)
such a great visitor, I am so glad that spring is back.
Pretty little thing, smart enough not to stay for the heat!
That is a pretty bird !
what adorable little birds....
Easter Juncos! They are cuties.
Cute little birds with an unusual name.
Cute little buggers! They show up here once in a great while.
I love juncoes; we have a different kind in OR. So cute!
I welcome the Juncos and their merry twittering.
They are sweet birds. I know you are going to miss them!
So glad to have you in my circle of friends. Happy Easter back to you :-)
They are so darn cute! I understand you don't have them suring the summer? They are around here all year, but perhaps it's slightly a different kind (most call them Oregon juncos). I hope you had a lovely Easter!
They are pretty. At least they stopped by to say bye for now. :-)
Lively little birds! I wonder if they are headed up as far as Canada?
Wonderful captures. Looks just like the sketch of one sitting beside me by a gifted artist! :)
They're so pretty. We've had them in our yard too. I hear we're getting one to three inches of snow in the next couple days. Yuck!
There are still a few in my yard. Lovely photos!
Such cute little guys. Too bad they don't stick around all summer. :)
Juncos have become some of my favorite birds this year. They seem like such friendly little birds.
Not the most fancy of birds, but I've always liked them.
Lovely sweet birds! I do not celebrate Easter either. I like ordernery weekdays :)
These birds are beautiful!!!
They seem happy that winter is over.
Our bird feeders have been quieter . . . but the Juncos were faithful visitors Easter morning . . .I like seeing the darker Junco . . . sometimes almost looks a dark blue . . .
We still have a few holdouts!
Happy Easter Monday Tex!
Thanks for sending the juncos our way...can't wait to see them. ;)
Very sweet, I wonder if any will arrive in my home town?!
very nice, we have started seeing a few juncos but most of them will not arrive in our area for a couple weeks.
I think they are sweet looking little birds!Lindahttp://coloradofarmlife.wordpress.comhttps://coloradofarmlife.wordpress.com/sherlock-boomer
They do have really beautiful dark eyes!
Haven't seen on of these in two years. Totally enjoyed seeing yours.
T, nice ones! They are still with us too! But will probably be heading north soon. They usually disappear for the summer months.
Love these babies -- we usually see them when we're in Oregon. I always wonder if the migratory birds you see are the same ones who head up there in the summer. I know from when we wintered on the Texas coast that your state is on both migratory paths.
Our juncos arrived a couple weeks ago--good to see them again!
Such a beautiful bird and you always capture the best photos.CM
i love these guys! terrific shots, theresa!! xoxo
They certainly are good looking birds. Quite inquisitive.
I think I did see this one in CostaRica. A lovely bird :)
A beautiful bird and also so beautifully photographed. In the last picture you can count his feathers:-)
I adore these simple little birds. :)
I've seen a couple of them still hanging around here. Some white-throated sparrows are lingering a bit longer, many have already left.
