They have such pretty colouring.
AAAAHHH the side step comment is hilarious - you are so clever!!!
These birds never fail to amaze me with their personalities and the looks on their faces.
I hope their mother treats them all as individuals. Lol

What a mob and a delightful one, indeed!
Great shots. I love the one that shows it getting ready to land. It's in the upper top of one photo, and it's facing us.-Lisa
Looks like they're deciding where to have lunch. It's probably not easy for 25+ ducks to agree.
Dancing ducks, or ducks crowding in at Starbuck's for their morning fix?
Hi Theresa, Such nice winged friends you do keep. Your series is fantastic and such fun to read. I especially like your humorous captions! Have an outstanding day!
crazy walkers....reminds me of the streets of new york city ;)
Funny funny FUNNY!
Quite a gang of Whistlers. I really like the solo shot. That whistler's looking quite stoic.
Wonderful series of photos :)
They look big and full grown, but still have a quirky look that makes them look cute and an ongoing show of attitude. I look forward to Wednesdays for your Whistler post! :-)
Your mob is beautiful! lol

They are marching towards you and the food!!! Dancing all the way!MB
Your ducks always make me smile, TWG!~

The Folgers coffee can finally gave way?
Beautiful whistlers learning new steps ...the side step? So cute.
That would be too intimidating for me to film it.You are very brave.
I too like the side step, maybe dancing lessons happening in that last one. At cute little mob, but looks like they have trampled your gras.
Very cute!Where is the keg? :)Have a Beautiful Day, Theresa!Happy Earth Day & Peace :)
Gosh that is a mob!
Looks like you drew quite the crowd today!
I'd be watching my step with that crowd. :-)
Always a good time seeing the Whistlers.
It's a wonder you have any grass at all, around where they congregate. The grass around our feeders takes a beating and it's mostly from doves and pigeons.
Whistle day! Ya!You must know that song well.Whistle As You Work but for you .Whistle as you photograph.
The gangs all here! WooHoo, we are Whistling Dixie!
Must have been a Whistler Conference!!!
Looks like you almost had a riot on your hands!
Doing a happy dance as there seems to be good eats around.
Cute! Looks like there's an invasion at your place.
Strutting proudly down the garden path. they look quite regal, and what a gathering.
They're so pretty! The Canadian geese do a pretty good job of running all the other birds out of town here, so all we get are the occasional mallards.
Cool, if I was ever mixed in with a mob... I hope it is with a mob of Whistling ducks..They are so darn cute! Awesome shots. Happy Wednesday!
Great pictures. I never tire of seeing them, they are so cute.
These ducks are cute and nice to look at them. Regards.
Such cuties! The side step IS awesome!

These little guys always give me a chuckle!
Those Whistlers are such great personalities aren't they?.Good fun.
This is just adorable. I'm another one over here cracking up about the side step! Also, I don't blame you for "staying out of the middle of it" - whatever it was! LOL

T, you're right, you do have a mob of them!
They make Wednesday a fun day! ;-))
Are they starting to mirate this month or do they stay all year? I should remember, but sometimes I can barely remember what day it is ;)

They've got pretty sturdy looking legs.Nice capture of the mob scene!
Wishing the Whistlers a Wonderful Wednesday.
The lifeguard needs to blow his whistle so they can get back in the water.

I like the guy in the upper left of the first pic... "I'm sooo outta here!":@)
A rowdy-lookin' bunch, for sure.
Oh my goodness ! are they wearing lipstick ? the kind Liz Taylor used to wear.
So many Whisters!!! I hope that they never get mad at you or you'll have a riot on your hands!
Hi T, just a quick pop in to see the cute Whistlers. Seems there's quite a discussion going on between them in the second last photo especially. They're lovely and always amusing. Cheers now :D)
The one in the middle in several of the pics looks like the one calling the moves!

Hi Theresa - I hope put Whistlers up on Monday - the "W" day?! Great gaggle of them .. cheers Hilary
they don't look like they got real rowdy. :>)
"Mob Scenes" - that's a fun choice of words . . oh my happy heart - visiting your blog.
Great shots of the whistlers! I don't think I'd like to get in the way of that mob (unless I had some good food to offer as an appeasement).
LOL! The side-stepper appears to be dancing!! :)
They look very elegant when in large groups.
The Whistlers are always so much fun to see! I like seeing the sassy squabbles too . . .
Always nice to find these birds in your yard. Excellent ducks to have around:)
