Good morning sweet Whistler Duck lady. Your brown feathered pink feet friends always brings a big smile on my face because I know we are in the middle of the week when I see them and it makes my week go so fast.

Have a great rest of the week.

Beautiful neighbor you have:)
Really nice shots.

I get a kick out of the way ducks stand on one foot. Seems not that difficult if wide awake but while sleeping? Cool shots!

joeh said...

Seems like they are looking in every direction...is that where you get the expression "Eagle Eye?"

Chandra Eswaran said...

In the portrait shot, the subject is deep in thought. I lasso like the fact that the color of the peep they are sitting on matches their own plume. Good one, Theresa!
Have s Beautiful Day!
Peace :)

My first thought is where do they go to hunker down during your severe weather outbreaks. One well-placed golf ball sized hailstone would be all it would take.

when I was very little, my mum kept ducks, we were living on the swamp. Mum let the ducks swam in the swamp, and soon our ducks became wild ducks. It was difficult to catch them when we wanted a duck feed.
