Now, someone needs to write a Memorial Day tribute your field of firewheels. Poppies shouldn't get all the ink.

It amazes me they just grow wild in Texas. My sister, is getting 2 inches of rain a hour right now. Are you too? Lake Texoma is over the spillway and is 640 feet deep.

Very pretty and a perfect capture of a butterfly! I was just showing one of my little grandson's some butterflies (first of our season) fluttering about. Funny how they forget but when they see them again, how delighted they are.
