Disdain as you will, they are clever and will get to food! You are right, they are cute, though.
All they need is backwards baseball caps to really annoy Mr. Duck!
The little squirrels look so cute in the feeder. The whistler does not like the competition!
They are cute but they are not welcome at my feeder anymore after the damage they did here. I used to be happy when they came to the feeder until they set up residence in my soffit and in my shed causing further damage there as well.Have a great weekend Theresa.Hugs,JB
Will eat you out of house and home but they are pretty to look at.
I think Whistler is saying . . ., "How could you!"
Squirrel night again at the Run-A-Round Ranch Diner. :-)
LOL! I love the look of disdain! ;) blessings ~ tanna
Nothing cuter than a baby squirrel! Just so precious.
Hard to believe they will look like Bubba one day! :-)
Innocent, hungry, adorable, hungry, determined and hungry!
I guess, if little demon-spawn monsters can be cute. :-)
Morning, cute Squirrels, but I don't think the Whistler thinks so.Blessings Francine.
Just who do they think they are, those little whippersnappers?! So cute!
Yes, they are cute ...
They are cutes - the last one - not a care in the world - all stretched out.
Always looking or an easy meal.
Hello Tex, Cute shots of the squirrels. But, I think the Whistling Duck does not like sharing his food. Thank you for linking up and sharing your post. Have a happy weekend!
I have little patience and less love for these miserable little creatures. Incidentally, I am in the 5th day of a difficult period of vertigo so my posting and commenting has been limited. Eventually I hope to be back to "normal!?
The Whistler looks a bit annoyed with the little critters in their territory.
Didn't take them long to learn to steal the Whistler's feed.
"ooooo my, didn't momma teach you who's boss around here"!!!! said mr. whistler to baby squirrel!!"haven't you noticed how cute i am!!!" said baby squirrel to mr. whistler..."we'll see about that" thought mr. whistler..."we're talkin' seniority here!!!"they are adorable!!!!
they are cute not getting around that fact and they don't hurt anything. that duck has the art of distain, looking down his nose down pat.
Such cute little buggers!! We have some new ones here, too!
I like the look of the whistler at seeing the young squirrels. They do look very cute. And, they seem well equipped to fend for themselves at the feeders.
Beautiful pictures.I love the squirrel.Have a happy weekend.
They will always make their way to the food! My dad used to try and outsmart them by putting bird feeders away from any branches by using cable. The squirrels managed to walk the cables and still get the food!
Oh they are so CUTE. They need to bush that tail up a bit though. Needs to be a bit more bushy.
Such a cute but devious rascal!
they are so Adorable!!! so happy you have some little ones around. :)
Adorable!!What wonderful captures.
Their mom probably told them they would find some goodies around your place.

I have seen some young'uns here, too! They sure like our peanut feeder!
They are adorable!
Wonderful set of images.
The squirrel on property went in shed and they were nasty too. They bit and jumped on my chair to the back of me. Nasty grays. So we put feeders away. Also the bears tear feeders down.I thought for sure with you having all gritters you may have bears. You don't. Looks like the whistlers are fed up with the squirrel.
A flick of my tail to scratch my ears, they are the cutest, and what a look,,, how dare you come to MY feeder!!Your words always make the best stories with photos.
Your squirrels are lovely but our Polish are mostly red
I consider squirrels nature's comedians:@) Enjoy!
They look very active.Greetings,Filip

I've missed your Whistlers!! Had friends passing though who winter in Venice, Fla. and heading back to Ohio!! We started talking about your Whistlers and she said that they now a huge group of them, south of Tampa!! Great last picture of the squirrel!! Resting his full belly!!
Heavens, a squirrel!~
Am I seeing something extra in the photos... tent caterpillars?
Oh, so sweet :))))Happy weekend :)
cute but surely can be destructive....
I've always loved squirrels. Those pictures are too cute.
They may just be rats with bushy tails as some say, but I do love them and their antics
They are cute !
My Sissy just can't understand how I can allow them to steal all the bird seed.Growl ruff ruff
The squirrels train us to do what they want. I think it's called the cute factor.
I don't have any ducks for the baby squirrels to play with but we have lot of them too...they are so cute!
Little cute-demons !
They are real cute in photos....in an attic, they lose some of their charm!!! lol
I love these cute squirrels and their bushy tails. The duck is cute too!
We finally have bird feeders. And squirrels are all over our yard...but I don't have your talent with the camera, so I can't capture it like you can!
Say what you want about 'em, they sure are cuties!! Enjoy your weekend!
they sure are. love the last belly pose.hope you are safe tonight with all the wild weather in TX
I thought that the first picture was some form of weird hybrid at first!!Cheers - Stewart M - Melbourne
Oh those teenagers.
Oh no, rowdy juveniles! That Whistler looks so annoyed...
Yes, they are charmers! Cute as a bug's ear, as they say. ;)
Baby squirrels already, wow!!! The Whistlers sure do look down on them :)
They are so good looking! Love the Whistler too. Your photos are always a great way to start the day!
I love the cute little squirrels. It's so much fun watching them.
They are so cute and so funny too. They're lovely but I think they're eating up birds food :)

Hello Tex!Sorry to be late on your posts!I left for the weekend!Love seeing the squirrel together with my beloved, whistler's ducks!!Lovely images indeed!Dimi...
Squirrels (at least here) seem to live such solitary lives in their own little fiefdoms that it kind of surprises me that they manage to mate.
Now there is competetion for the Whhistlers! Fantastic shots of the critters. Have a great week.
We have a bunch of little gray ones... they better not run off our Fox Squirrels! :)
Those little ones are so playful.
In the last post I can see a lot of happiness and satisfy :)
Oh Theresa, I do love those little guys too much. I so miss the ones that I raised and released. They were such gentle little creatures, so sweet~
The first one is funny, it looks like a mutant squirrel-bird.
The young squirrels are VERY cute! Love the shots of the whistler too.
Of course we can all be friends! So darling, how they mingle so well! For now.
Great to see these squirrels. Even small squirrels are large and then learn where they can get food;-)
I'm seeing some fresh tails, too! Couldn't help but notice a couple trying to hide under theirs at the approach of a pigeon. Those skinny tails do give them away.
She knows where to go to eat ;))
