My Wednesday is made, such is the power of the Whistler!
As cute as ever!Hope you are safe with all that crazy Texas weather!
Terrific...even without tissues and OFF spray.
I don't remember ever really noticing the racing stripe down the backs of their head and neck until today. Cool. :)
Drippy and Itchy... Aren't they two of the Seven Dwarfs???:@)
They are always cute, whether in pairs or singles! Love those cute pink feet on the second shot.. Awesome post. Happy Wednesday!
Great shots! They are so cute and entertaining.
They seem so "together" don't they? Great captures, as always. Jo

The picturesque perch in the second photo gets a lot of use, doesn't it? It looks as if the Whistlers have proudly reclaimed it from the white egrets.
Unlike many birds, these male and female look very much alike. Hard to distinguish them.
I wonder if you are getting any rain like so much of the Texas. It's always fun to see those pretty whistlers, contentedly enjoying life at the Run*a*Round. :-)
They are so cute and happy looking.
My Wednesday started off on the wrong foot here at work , one of those days , but a quick visit over here for whistler wednesday and I can put a smile back on (at least temporarily)!
They are beautiful ducks. I hope you are spared the worst of the weather!
Do they "whistle" while you work?

They are so cute in each formation and I like the last pose. I saw the news of the massive flash flooding caused by record rainfall in Oklahoma and Texas. I thought of you and now I relived to see this post which means no damages to you.Yoko

They look like they don't have a care in the world.
The last two pictures they look like they might have hay fever ;>)
Do they leave at all now? Or are they there all year around?
This is the quiet before the storm . All the little guys are bound to show up .
Hi Theresa, I actually saw a pair of Whistlers today up in the boonies Northwest of here. The ducks were enjoying what was left of a large puddle in the roadside ditch. It rained several days ago but has been pretty dry here basically. Have a wonderful Thurs. By the way, I really love your Whistlers on Wednesday series!
