Ooh, I know those clouds! These May storms sure produced some dramatic skies!
I can only wish for some clouds to shield us from the all to hot sun here. Even though I love summer, the temperatures are fierce here (just like in your corner of the world).MersadMersad Donko Photography
It was a very storm end to the month of May.
I love to watch stormy sky and the threatening clouds. Just not when they hang around for days, like this week. Wonderful series of sky shots. Happy Friday, have a great weekend!
Very impressive clouds!
That storm is showing up here today, thanks a bunch!
Love your clouds! Nothing to block the view there.

Rainy days do bring gorgeous skies!
Morning, those clouds look so so low to the ground. Wonderful pictures, blessings Francine.
Always good to have the hope of sunshine filtering through.
Cracking sky. Clouds and rain are always welcome.Cheers - Stewart M - Melbourne
It looks like those huge clouds are pretty heavy and hanging low. Must be a lot of water in them. Hope the sun light up the sky soon.Hugs,JB
Those clouds look like they're rolling! :@)
The sky has started to paint using different shapes of cloud.
Looks pretty normal to me! Great clouds. :-)
Dearest Theresa; We are in rainy season now and will have these kind of clods for a while :-) Just 'no muggy sunny day' makes me relieved p:-) Great sky photographs♪Sending Lots of Love and Hugs from Japan to my Dear friend in America, xoxo Miyako*
Ahhh I. Think the whole month looked like that...April too.
Texas has certainly seen enough of those skies to last them awhile. They do make for beautiful pictures, though.
Those clouds look heavy with rain.
The skies were the story at the end of May in TX.
so beautiful... glad there were no funnels hanging out of these clouds. did all the rain last month fill your pond?
Nasty weather but, nice snuggling with the things.
Still raining out there? It started raining out east (I'm in D.C. now) Tuesday and keeps doing so. (Not as heavy as Texas, albeit.)~
I like the last picture on the drive-way and clouds. Looks like you're just driving on up to heaven.
Hi Tex, Neat pictures. I have thought about you sometimes when North Texas weather makes the Evening News. I wonder if the pond is full and do you have to worry about floods there?
Great pictures, Theresa, but I have to say I'm really glad to see the sunshine. It was a long siege of rain.
Ah, it does look stormy and gray!! Nice break in the heat, but do stay safe!!
Love, love, love these shots. Beautiful stormy skies.
I love clouds like these. When they're like this, you never know what's coming
I love clouds like that! And especially if they bring a nice, long thunderstorm.
Amazing pictures of a rainy day!Dramatic and beautiful these heavy clouds.
An interesting series of "rain" looking clouds. Seeing this I think of your pond which probably always needs more water. Have a great weekend.
Dearest Theresa,Wish we had had such a rainy day in May in Dublin/Georgia...Hope your weekend did start out right and that you enjoy it with your furry friends.Hugs,Mariette
That sky is great!
Some of those clouds that produced all that flooding? I hope you were spared that misery.
Are those some of the clouds that produced all the rain that flooded parts of the state?
I know they produced flooding, but they are beautiful!
Awesome pictures. Happy Friday.
storm clouds always look impressive to me, you captured these nicely. Leaden grey works well as a cour and even better if you can get some birds flying against it, lovely post.
My sister's musicbox played "After Rain, Sunshine". Think positive!
We have had some very interesting skies here recently. Hope we are done for a bit.
Hey. Those clouds look familiar. Sure you weren't in the UK lately?

oooooo, there's a storm rolling in!! beautiful!!!
There is a lot of drama in the sky :-)Amaliaxo
Awesome clouds. Our skies are amazing!
Pretty skies for a rainy day. I still have the Oregon mentality, when rainy days mean unrelieved cardboard gray skies.
That's a lot of clouds and they are so, so very low!
... and at the beginning and in the middle ...
Clouds, clouds, and more clouds. Soon the hot blue sky will come, right? Happy Friday, T!
The clouds stretch out forever!

Those are some dramatic clouds! I think that you and we are on the same storm path. I've never seen so much rain here (except once before and the result was a catastrophe). I hope that you are staying dry but enjoying the skies!
More clouds than rain that day?
We get those, in Florida where we are on vacation, and in Louisiana. They can build up fast, too.

Those are some fantastic clouds, but I'm sure glad we've had a slack in all the rain. I think I heard we had 23 days of rain in May!
