Nice old gate. I think it started out the same color as the fence but there was a difference in the materials that caused the paint to deteriorate more rapidly. Makes you want to give it a new coat!

Aah, I like that rusty gate too! It would be fun to photograph but you have to be careful you don't get rusty paint under your nails.

Dearest Theresa; Oh, I compared first picture and the second one. Looks like a very wide gate♪ I've noticed the sign 'S'. The rust on it must shows the place has a long history :-) And I after the hard work of weeding at our TINY garden and late parents'; seeing your rich nature makes me always wonder how hard the work must be p:)
