Beautiful animal! Here they are called Lama, and it's almost the same word :)

Kenneth Cole Schneider said...

Whenever I see a llama I am reminded of the Pushmepullican llama with heads at both ends. Particularly, when I saw the movie Dr Dolittle in Spanish while in Costa Rica many moons ago, the animal had a very imaginative name, which when written in lower case actually looked like it: "llamall" which was pronounced "YAH-MY" or something close to that. Also spelled the same backwards or forward. Oh, then I noticed the fence!

Andrea Priebe said...
